This place is a joke. They were running a
$1,500 off procedure special. I called within the time frame. I went thru the whole process up to where they send it over to the doctor to be approved and give me my quote. Never got an answer. So I call 3 days in a row, and was told I couldn't have the discount, because the doctor hasn't done his part yet. Ridiculous that I be punished after calling within the time frame. I just told them to forget it. I'm not that desperate for their services.

People need to band together and do a class action suit, this company as always stealing from their customers, by finding illegal ways to keep your deposit, makes no sense that you are not allowed to get your money back if you don't have the procedure. They don't allow you to switch providers or procedures without an charge, if you change providers or procedures the take away the promotion discount. If they come with a better promotion prior to your procedure they will not allow you to qualify for that promotion. Instead they charge you full price without a discount if you make any charges.

I am not sure if the providers are aware of these unethical behaviors they need to be held accountable as well, this is the company they are representing.

I am not going to say the providers don't do good work but their practice and being money hungry and taking what they have not earned is off the chain.

It's time for a class action suit let's get together and find an attorney willing to stand up for these unethical behaviors.

Try at your own risk. My experience was the worst experience ever. Wouldn't allow me to meet the doctor that was to perform major surgery on me and you have to sign forms on the iPad that won't populate the questions until the day of your surgery. That's not legal at all.

SCAMMMMM!!! this is a sad way to run a business and i feel so sick knowing that you ask for almost completely naked pictures of vulnerable women who aren't confident in their bodies and are seeking help and then you take their money and pictures and give them all this hope and completely ghost them. i'm so sick of this company and will be filing a lawsuit for fraud and theft because i'm not the only person who's experiencing this. there are others who have been scammed out of $2,000+ and it's not okay and this "business" needs to be held accountable and give refunds accordingly.

the pictures attached to this review isn't all of the proof but this is basically me proving that i've reached out multiple ways and have given many chances for them to make things right but it seems that they've blocked my phone number and have completely ghosted me and i want to bring awareness about their fraud to avoid more instances like this because there's already dozens of victims

Dr. Fasusi did my surgery in December 2023, Lipo 360, BBL and upper back, arms and bra roll added. So far I am happy and it is only going to get better as swelling goes down. A few things turned me off about the process. One thing that turned me off during the whole process was the wait time for my post op appointment. It was a little over an hour from the appointment time. I am not sure what happened, but I definitely could have been scheduled an hour later so I did not have to stand so long. You tend to get lightheaded. I also would have liked the option to do my follow ups in person. I received phone calls to make sure I was doing well, and if I had any questions at 2 weeks and at 4 weeks and I appreciated it, but I definitely requested to come and be seen in person when I realized it was an option at 4 weeks. I don't know what normal is, so I just need the added direction, security and confidence because online is allll over the place. I live 30 min away, so I definitely would make the trip. The last thing was the process to get pre-approved for surgery. (Once again, I don't know what normal is for lipo 360/bbl), but for my breast augmentation the office I went to handled all of the pre op testing. Here, I had to take a labs requesting clearance form to my primary, pay out of pocket for labs and clearance, because fyi...medical insurance does not cover testing for cosmetic surgery options. They did all of the testing (It was $280) and they were familiar with Mia Aesthetics & Dr. Fasusi's names (Yay). But when the labs came in, Dr. Fasusi requested a x-ray to be done because of my previous breast augmentation...Understandable, BUT he did not write a referral for the x-ray where I could just walk into a outpatient x-ray center and pay $50 and walk out... So I would have had to go back to the primary physicians office to be seen for the referral, which was an additional $150 because it was an additional visit for some reason (Their office, their policies). This prompted me to call the Mia office and ask if Dr. Fasusi would mind writing the referral so I could skip the last step and he did. I just felt like the process could have had a lot less steps. Since my surgery in December of 2023, I have noticed that they now offer to do the labs so hopefully that takes the primary physician out of the equation, because that was a lot of running! But the care at Mia Aesthetics and the result, I love. I would refer to Dr. Fasusi and go back. I was referred by one of Dr. Gray's patients myself :). Have realistic expectations for yourself, look at results from your doctor, look at similar results for your body type and selected surgeries. Do what makes you happy. WEAR YOUR FAJA, COMPRESSION SOCKS, BOARDS, FOAMS AND KEEP YOUR INCISIONS AND ENVIRONMENT CLEAN! This is still surgery, whether it is cosmetic or not...Infection is preventable and up to you once you are off that table. Know your plan for follow up care prior to your surgery and set it in stone prior to the surgery. Of course outcomes can vary, but common sense is not common. I am saying this because it would be rude for them to lol.

Went here for gyno surgery in 2022, and all I am say is it wasn't a great experience...I tried contacting them almost daily about the process of recovery and how you can tell there's still fatty tissue left...one side is definitely bigger than the other side....all I was told is keep massaging the area... nothing else...

Update from previous review which was for Mia aesthetics in Miami. After a struggle, I finally was able to switch my procedure to the Atlanta location. Yes, time and money was wasted going all the way to Miami. Anyway, I was expecting the worse or pretty much the same rude and disrespectful demeanor at the Atlanta location. I got the complete opposite, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor (Dr Gross), to the anesthesia doctor was sooooooooooo nice, informative and supportive! Even the support staff, assistants were so very nice and comforting. I definitely recommend paying a little extra and just going to Atlanta instead of Miami. I had a breast lift with implants on 6/26 and post op today. They are all so amazing! I'm taking donuts to the post op appt today for them!!

This office should not be allow to practice. A friend went in for lipa on monday was told she could not get it done she needed a tummy tuck instead she has had complications since ended up in ER very next day with bleeding and swelling went back to office on weds(today) at 830am in pain and bleeding was told she needed to wait until 2pm for surgery because she had 2 crackers at 630am got called back at 215pm waited another 2hrs until she went into surgery. Meanwhile starving and in pain nobody seem to care or move fast. This is a mother of 2 toddlers her life is important but this practice seemed to be unbothered with her well being. DO NOT go here! Not safe. Praying for healthy recovery for my friend

Don't book if you care about your life! These people are so negligent! I booked over a mos ago and listed med I am on. NO one addressed anything in regards to it! No one reviewed prepping info till a week before.. still nothing. I emailed no response. I called just to be certain the week prior to be told I needed to have been off for 30 days prior! I'd spent time/ money on aligning after care, post massages and cleared work off for 2 weeks!
Disgusted w the lack of professionalism in this office I wouldn't trust that I would have made it to surgery wout these people ever addressing this!
If you value your life don't do it! No surgeon skill is going to save you if the administration isn't providing him/accurate information!

Worse when canceling they refused to refund my deposit saying it's their policy all booking fees are applied to administrative work done prior! What administrative work!!!!! Please don't trust these people with your life!
