I had a Lipo 360/ BBL Procedure done on Nov 27, 2023. My surgeon was Dr Kashyap. I have to say that I read all of the reviews I could find for this location before I decided to book my surgery. I am very pleased to say that I did not experience ANY of the problems that were described in the other reviews. My first contact was through the website...,I got an immediate response call to answer any questions I had. I was sent an email with instructions on how to take and submit the photos that were required for the surgeon to review and give suggestions. A few days later I received a call from a surgical coordinator to set up my surgery appointment. As soon as I paid my deposit I was sent an invoice with a complete breakdown of every single charge. There was no extra charges or hidden fees. She stayed on the line with me while she helped me set up and log into my patient portal account. All of the requirements were there on a checklist, and any paperwork was available for download and print. I honestly don't understand how anyone could be confused about the specific instructions that were given on the patient portal. As the surgery date got closer, I continued to get phone calls checking my progress, continually checking my BMI, and my paperwork that needed to be turned in. I paid several payments personally and then in the end I ended up choosing a financing option to finish it off, so that I was ready before surgery. My surgery happened to fall the week after Thanksgiving, so any pre-surgical appointments that I had were not able to be scheduled due to a holiday. In order to remedy the situation, my surgery was scheduled on a Monday, but they had me come in for my pre-surgical appointment and drug screens and everything earlier in the day before my surgery time. Literally every person that I met at the front desk, the staff, the anesthesiologist, and the surgeon were all very helpful and very welcoming and very kind. I didn't meet my surgeon until about 30 minutes before my surgery was ready to start, however he had excellent bedside manner very kind and very sympathetic to any phobias or anxiety that I had, and explained everything in great detail, and was very very kind, he spent actually quite a bit of time with me, explaining and marking me. Once they had my IVs in and I was all marked up and ready to go, they walked me into the surgery room and once I was comfortable, I honestly don't remember anything until I woke up and was ready to get in the vehicle to go to my destination for recovery. I had a post surgical appointment 12 hours after my surgery was finished so I went back the next morning at 7:30 AM for my first lymphatic massage and my first post surgical appointment. The girls at the front desk were very kind and welcoming in the morning. All of the staff was wonderful and the Massage Therapist was very patient and very gentle with me. It actually didn't hurt the first time, and I was very impressed. I also saw my doctor and he was also very kind answering any questions, very complementary explained all kinds of details that I needed to know, and was very informative and available to me so that was wonderful. I had another lymphatic drainage. Massage the next day, which was my second massage. Then I came back the following Friday for my third and final massage and then my second postop appointment. I have received three phone calls after my surgery during my recovery to check on me and make sure that everything is OK and answer any questions that I have. I still have a follow up appointment at four weeks and the last at three months.
Overall, I would say that I am very pleased with the staff, very pleased with the process and exceedingly pleased with my surgeon and my results I would highly recommend my surgeon and I would highly recommend this office.

10/10 super friendly staff and exceptional costumer experience. Highly recommend to anyone that's wanting to get something done .

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Mia Esthetics, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from encountering a similar situation. My interaction with this clinic has been marked by misleading promises for plastic surgery, a refusal to provide a refund, changes to my scheduled procedures without my consent, and an evasion of responsibility when addressing my concerns.

To provide context, I initially approached Mia Esthetics with the intention of having a "mommy makeover," a procedure I understood to include a BBLT, breast augmentation, and a tummy tuck. However, I was quickly informed that their definition of a "mommy makeover" only involved breast and tummy procedures, a distinction that was never clearly communicated to me in advance.

I was then presented with an alternative plan, which included a breast augmentation, vaginal rejuvenation, and a BBLT. To make matters worse, I was asked to submit photographs of my breasts, buttocks, and vagina for evaluation. Based on these discussions and evaluations, I was under the impression that I was making the required deposit for all three procedures and that I was scheduled for surgery on December 15th, 2023.

The consultant quoted me a price and claimed there was a special offer available. If I paid the deposit before a specified deadline, I would receive a $1,000 deduction in the total price. Encouraged by this offer and expecting to finance the remaining balance for the three procedures, I promptly made a $595.00 deposit.

However, my optimism quickly turned to dismay when I called back later that same day to clarify some questions I had. To my shock, I discovered that I had only been scheduled for a BBLT, a decision made without my input or consent. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the clinic and request to speak with a supervisor, I received no response, and no one ever returned my calls.

This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I understand that clinics have policies regarding nonrefundable deposits, but the circumstances surrounding my situation make it abundantly clear that I was misled and my expectations were not met. I never intended to undergo only the BBLT procedure.

Mia Esthetics' refusal to acknowledge their part in this situation and their evasion of responsibility have further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. As someone who values clear communication and ethical business practices, I find their actions deeply concerning.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering Mia Esthetics for plastic surgery to exercise caution and thoroughly research their policies and practices. My experience serves as a cautionary tale of the potential pitfalls one may encounter when dealing with this clinic. I hope that my review will prevent others from facing similar disappointments and frustrations.

7 days post op! The whole staff has been so wonderful and my massages have been a godsend. SO painful but SO worth it. Keep in mind you WILL need to invest in a solid aftercare treatment. Will post a month update

First of all this place can be very deceiving. Do not be fooled by the social media posts of "post op" patients that show no body damage. This place seems to intentionally hide what these patients actually come out looking like. Its absurd that you do not meet your actual surgeon until about 15 minutes before your surgery! What!? So then you're kind of stuck because you want the surgery that you paid a lot of money for, have been waiting for and you don't want back out even if they suggest something you don't like. Most of the staff working here is okay, a couple are really empathetic and the rest give off a weird, "i hate this job" vibe. Scheduling an appointments is a mess, one person says one thing and then another person says another, so be sure you get names of the people you speak to! For example My partner was rescheduled twice for massages even though she pre-paid for 3 and scheduled them all at the same time. Today, she was told she missed her 0800am appointment and when she arrives, would have to wait a minimum of an hour, which is crazy because the drive is almost an hour just to get to the facility. Then when she arrived back home since she "missed" her appointment she received a call from Doris asking what her ETA was for her 0930am scheduled appointment and she was confused because on the way to her appointment she was told she missed her appointment?!? So she's decided to get her lymphatic massages elsewhere. This place also highly misrepresents how harsh these surgeries really are and they "can't" do anything if the medication prescribed after surgery doesn't help with your pain, they also don't tell you how much after care is really needed until AFTER your procedure which is sad because some of these people aren't prepared for and some might not be able to afford it. I believe for the amount of money paid, you shouldn't have to pay for the Fajas, and there should be massages included that's just MY opinion. Something else I find weird is they don't even walk you out of the front door after surgery, they walk you out of a back door into an alley next to a dominoes to be picked up ‍

It's crazy how greedy these facilities can be and you just don't realize it until after. The facility is also not regularly maintained which is something else that is scary about this place. Just in the lobby I counted at least 4 ceiling fixtures that were noticeably broken and there are blood stains on the lobby seats from patients. The patient room seats and beds are outdated compared the facility appearance and there is noticeable outdated equipment in the facility. Next time we will definitely pay the extra money to get better treatment with Dr. Johnny Franco @ Austin Plastic Surgeon. Go see him, their team is wonderful!

The two young women at the front desk have rude attitudes & their body language & non verbal cues really tell how they feel about customer service. Using soft tones while speaking doesn't make up for your nonverbal cues

After I spoke with the coordinator on the phone, my "case manager" was supposed to give me a call, but it's been weeks and after emailing, actually going up to the facility & leaving voicemails- I've heard nothing.

This place is a joke & it's disheartening.

I just want to talk about what a lovely experience i had here. Wait times were a bit long but with how much business this company has and only two surgeons, it's definitely to be expected! My surgeon was Dr. Kashyapp and he took such good care of me! I did become a little skeptical at one point when i didn't meet the surgeon until morning of the surgery but once he came in to see me, all my worries were washed away. He made me feel heard and seen even with the little time we spent together. He helped me achieve my dream body! Even the anesthesiologist was so kind and patient with me with all the questions i had right before the walked me back to the surgical suite. Remembering how comfortable they made me feel lying on the Operating Room Table and how they told me jokes while i drifted off to sleep for the surgery was a great way to keep me calm and i appreciated all the extra measures they made to make me feel safe. The front desk staff and nursing staff was also very accommodating post operatively making sure to offer water or Gatorade to patients while they waited for appointments as well. I'm now 5 days post op and I'm IN LOVE! Can't wait to see my final results after three months!

I was so excited to book with Dr Charepoo after seeing his before and afters and reviews! Everything was great until I had to speak with the surgical coordinator, by her responds and tone I could tell she was so annoyed every time I would ask a question. Not only was she so unwelcoming but she was also giving me wrong information and refused to honor a promotion that is on Dr charepoo s page and is still promoting. I had to find another Dr for the surgery I want after she told me she would be in the surgery room during the procedure. If she's so rude and unpleasant over the phone I just don't want to deal with someone like that in person!

This is the very unprofessional doctor who worked on my wife. He made her feel super insecure than she already is, made her uncomfortable, and was very unprofessional. In my opinion if you work any profession in the medical field you need to have patience or just have some decency. This doctor asked my wife to stay still when she had nicely asked if he could just slow down because of how nervous she was while laying on the table unclothed. This doctor said " I need you to stay still and not move, I need you to NOT be scared"with a sturn and unsettling tone. How? If that's how he talked to her. It is infuriating to know how he handled the situation and how he talked to my wife with disrespect. You cannot force something you know is uncomfortable to someone you know is scared. This is a very unprofessional office and only a few were helpful. This doctor needs to be humbled.

This place is a pathetic joke...I don't know where to start but what I will say is that everything negative you see and hear about this place is absolutely true. Save your time & money. Please pay more to invest in your health rather than be cheap and receive shitty service and results! Need I say more?
