Plenty of parking that is for sure.

They have a spacious salon with plenty equipment to tend for a whole lot of customers however their cardinal mistake is that they are absolutely and undeniably understaffed.

I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon.

I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here.

the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else.

ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us.

as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went.

Alas, I have FINALLY found my go to nail salon on my side of town! I live on the Southeast side of town and there are plenty of nail salons but unfortunately, none of them have been able to exceed my expectations until today! I've been trying different places for the past two years and I just wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I'm glad that I turned to the guidance of my fellow yelpers! They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating!

I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! Thanks Trisha for the beautiful job! I can't wait to show off the cute design that you did! I'll definitely be back!

The good: attentive and fast service, skilled artists
The okay: pricing (but worth it for quality)
The bad: they are short one nail tech- calling an appointment is a MUST

Overall: Make sure you research/know what services you want before making an appointment. The salon has an impressive range of services and the staff are highly organized as well as friendly. My nail tech was Whitney Garrett and I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $75. I am very rough with my hands and have trouble keeping my nails long, ergo finding a quality nail salon is difficult. However, Mia Bella's (and Whitney!) is one place where I'm okay with paying a little extra. Normally, after one week I would look at my fingers to see about 8 out of 10 nails chipped (or no polish at all). Not the case with this salon! I literally have ONE tiny chip on my thumb. It may not sound like much, but if you knew how clumsy and inattentive I was with my hands, you'd understand the milestone I've just come through. Highly recommend!

I was desperately in search of a nail salon and technician that could do all the awesome nail art I see on instagram and pinterest. I did my research I looked online and found Megan about a little over a month ago and she's amazing. I don't write many reviews and if I do I make sure I go a few times before I feel like it's warranted.
Megan takes her time she's not in a rush to just get u in and out. ..she cares about your nails and the condition that they are in. He art work is neat, clean, and maticulous. I have already recommended her to all my friends and family that's how good she is. She has a customer for life! !

Loved my service here!! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the nail tech Tironne was amazing! She took her time and made me feel like she was taking really good care of me and my nails! I'm definitely going to be. a returning customer!

I've been here twice and was never disappointed. The first time I came I felt a little uncomfortable since I had made an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen. I wasn't too pleased with my nails either.
Then I decided to go back to get my birthday nails and I loved my experience! I'm so sad the nail tech I had this time isn't there anymore!
But this place is so close to home and the prices are so reasonable. Great place, people and atmosphere.

Megan is the best nail tech I've had ever. Never said no to my ideas took her time n gave her two cents which I appreciated! Didn't rush me like your average nail salon

my first time here today..I looked up the reviews here on Yelp and Facebook and they were spot on. I was not disappointed they did such an amazing job!! the place was nice and the staff friendly I highly recommend this place. I got my nails done I took in a picture of the design I wanted and they hit the nail on the head I couldn't be happier. oh n btw the price was amazing!
