Are all the menu items spicy? I am a spice wimp and can't handle any heat (chilies). Are there any options without chili spice?

They are very good at making your bowl to your tasts. If spicy is not your thing....they can make it to your request.

My wife is an aficionado of Dan Dan noodles and had been craving the dish from Mian for some time, so we lunched there yesterday. She went home a very happy camper.
I had the Shoyu noodles for the first time - wow, very umami. We need to stop here more often, but it's such a hassle to turn in from Oracle from the South at noon, traffic is horrendous.
The place looked pretty clean, they've been keeping it up well. I don't quite get the connection - they sell vape here? What do I know....I just like the noodles.

Still searching for good ramen in Tucson. I wish there was anything memorable about dinner. Both the miso and the Spicy Tonkatsu broth were very bland. The same can be said about the boneless chicken appetizer. Maybe I need to try some of the dry noodle dishes next, but definitely only average for ramen.
The staff was friendly and prompt. The tables and bathroom could use a thorough cleaning.

This is located on the small street of Old North Oracle Road. A small Asian restaurant, with a small menu. Which I don't really mind, because everything on their menu is good. There's still a lot to come back to. There's no table service, but the gentleman that helped us was good and prompt with our order. I think they're big on online and phone orders. I don't mind coming back here. My husband loved the Volcano noodles, because it's different. He finished the whole thing!! I would recommend this place if you love Asian food. There's always something in their menu that you'll enjoy.

Got a take out. The broth was cold and had to be heated. The noodles reminded me of an 4 for $1 ramen from the grocery store. For the price of $15 I would expect more. I forced myself to finish it because of the money spent. Would not recommend or be going back.

Miansichuan Noodle Shop is a cozy spot in town. It's got a friendly feel, with decorations. When you walk in, it feels welcoming, like a place you'd like to hang out with friends.
The menu is about noodles and some appetizers. They have lots of types, like ramen, and Chinese noodle.
The noodles here are really good. They're fresh and taste homemade. The soups and sauces are tasty, not too heavy or light, just right. The toppings, like meat and veggies, are fresh and yummy.
The people working at Miansichuan are super nice. They help you choose what to eat if you're not sure. You don't have to wait too long for your food, which is great.
Miansichuan Noodle Shop is a great place for noodle lovers. It's a simple, friendly spot with delicious food. Good for a quick bite or a meal with friends or family.

The restaurant is bright and clean and service was good. I ordered the volcano noodle soup to go. It was good and the soup was packed separately from the noodles which was nice and traveled well.
While the food is good, I gave them 3 stars for the wrong price on the menu wall. The cashier didn't say anything until I was paying and asked why I was charged more than what was noted.
The cashier said the prices are from 2 years ago and they haven't changed it. After paying, they flip the screen around so you can add a tip. You are guilted in tipping 18% or more, anything under 18% tip means the service was terrible. The service and food was good but not correcting the prices on the board and not saying anything until it's time to pay is not right.

I always come for the food- the rest are just icing on the cake. I needed the spiciest soup I could possibly find that was near me.
This was the place. I was cold. I ordered Chongquin noodles (rice-based, tofu and spinach no bamboo). They did not have hot tea so I got a bottled water that's not refrigerated.
Long story short: I am perfectly happy and content.

Clean and Bright restaurant. Friendly staff, easy to read menu, clearly posted prices and spice levels. Menu just large enough to give you choices to satisfy your taste buds. Something for everyone. But also something for the very brave.

I had the Chongqing Noodle Soup and my fiancée the Dan Dan Noodles.

My soup was outstanding and the spicy level was fine for me as I am used to very spicy food (my stomach hates me every time I do though :)). Would have loved more veggie in there though.

My fiancée's Dan Dan noodles were good as well, however, I would have added some chili oil as well as more tahini (sesame paste).

Noodles in both dishes were cooked very well and tasted great.

Only disappointment was the Chicken appetizer (breaded nuggets). I will just say that the texture of them was very industrial - I.e. they were not made in-house but commercially produced and sold frozen to the restaurant. Think freezer-aisle frozen chicken nuggets. Breading was as thick as the chicken piece and way too dense to be home made.

However, the Wasabi Mayo and Black Pepper dips were outstanding.

Aweful.. fake egg was served. Place shows more interest in selling vaping cigarettes. The place was empty when we went. That should have been a sign.
