Will hire him again in a minute. Pressure washed siding, deck, and driveway/patio/sidewalk. Excellent work at a fair price. Really appreciate his attention to detail and his free estimate. My place looks great!

Sam showed up on time, did the job well and even helped with an extra task. Gutters look good and he didn't leave any mess around the house.

Sam did an amazing job pressure washing (custom soft wash) as well as gutter and downspout cleaning on my house. He responded quickly to all my questions. After calling around to multiple businesses listed here, Sam was by far the most cost affective option. I inquired about whether he would be able to also remove an old TV dish on my 2nd story roof, and change the flood light bulbs that were equally as high. He quoted me a reasonable add-on charge that I accepted. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I intend on hiring him again in the future. Just wish there were less hack berry trees in my neighborhood - so that it could be later rather than sooner. Sam performed this job this past February 3, 2021. Sorry that I am just getting around the writing this review.

I live in Jax Beach Florida and I have a house in Nashville so I always have a hard time finding someone reliable to do necessary fixes. I found Sam on Yelp and he made the gutter cleaning a dream. He has a customer for life ! He was reasonably priced , arrived on time, removed all debris and sent pictures so I could see finished product.
