Milea Buick GMC

So freakin awesome!!!! I was so Paranoid because of my past experiences with Dealerships on my Pontiac Solstice 2006. My sweety pie baby! I always wanted to go to this dealership. So this maintenance season I did. I was in PTSD mode for a few days when I left it there. However, I met the Mechanic Danny and Linda was so confident in her customer service I calmed down. Wow!!!!! the guy Danny 55 years of experience and awesome!!! Thank you Danny and Linda I have now found my long Term auto care. I so much appreciate you guys loving my sweety pie the way you did.

There's been so many auto mechanic services that are curiously questionable I'm not only the quality of parts, manpower qualifications, but also even if you have a warranty or extended warranty they take advantage of leaving you dissatisfied! For years since buying my SUV at another New Rochelle location that closed shop dealership, I came to this often shady ownership that kept me deliriously untrusting of their explanations, breakdown statements, and complete BS Diagnostics leaving a Gut-Reactive DISLOYALTY FEELING! In the future I now know to NEVER-EVER come to this DEALERSHIP SERVICE SHOP that says they FIX AUTO PROBLEMS but once you leave the business office, other VEHICULAR TROUBLES begin to unexpectedly flair up on the DASH CAM TECH PANEL or you HEAR or SENSE an ODD SOUND or clunky, squeaking, whirling, and struggling part possibly necessitating adjustments or replacements!

Was doing some internet car shopping for a quote, and Charlie, the truck manager emailed me saying that everywhere is charging $10k-15k over sticker for a new car, and tried to come off as a hero wanting "only" $5k over MSRP! They were by far, the a highest quote that I got on the model I was shopping for.

Buyer beware! Don't buy a car from these guys!

Not sure what all these reviews talking about. I walked in this place on 3 different occasions with cash to purchase and was ignored by a group of salesmen huddled up talking and not seeing customer ready to buy. Then my brother went this weekend same thing happen to them. Too bad. Your lost believe me.

Wow, Talk about the bar being set! Even living in Long island, I could not get better service at Milea. We have plenty of options for vehicles, and dealers in the NY area, I will always go to Milea Buick/GMC in the Bronx.

Customer service is top notch, they are very competitive when it comes to purchasing/leasing, and the vehicles are great. Any problem is easily taken care of by Charles, or anyone else I speak to when calling.

The team at Milea truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. This is definitely not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm glad that I made trip because the customer service was unbeatable. A special thanks to Glenn and Angelo for being such rockstars! If my vehicle ever needs to be serviced again, Milea will be my go-to place!

Gabe Moreno was an excellent salesman. I was unsure about renewing a lease but Gabe took the time to explain how leasing a car was the best option. He went through all possible scenarios for my price point and I ended up with another great Milea approved vehicle. Gabe is the best!

This dealer, from the gen manager down to service manager, never gave a thought to my value as a long time repeat customer. I bought my car from them in 2006. There was a service bulletin in 2007 about a starter issue that had the exact same symtems as what I repeatedly came in with. The problem was intermittent and difficult to repeat on command. Each time I came in with symptoms, the dealer said sorry we can't duplicate. I suffered with the issue and they waited until my warrentee was expired and then said there was nothing they could do. They should have realized they missed the diagnosis and replaced the starter. I paid 900 bucks to another mechanic that origionally diagnosted problem in just 1 time. They take no responsibility for their screw ups. Gm was no better. Gm does not support its clients. Ill never buy a gm car again
