      Instead of correcting their mistakes they chose to send me a letter to say they will no longer service me.

      You guys missed a visible problem with my tooth on my X-ray and you have failed to correct it.

      Shame on you. You guys will not have success conducting business this way. Shame on you guys.

      I'm going to continue to leave reviews about your horrible customer service.

      Taking the time to write this review because Mint Dentistry has a radio ad out encouraging their target market to get a teeth cleaning at one of their many locations in Georgia.

      If you're anything like me, you haven't had a cleaning in a little over two years thanks to the pandemic. It's been on your to do list and it's something you haven't quite found the time to schedule. Besides, you probably just created your insurance accounts and received your cards.

      Cue Mint Dentistry- after radio hopping from 88.5 WRAS to let's say 107.9 - you hear a cool, hip ad listing all of the delays in your teeth cleaning. You call Mint Dentistry and to your surprise- they can get you in next day (Woohoo)!

      They send you an email requesting you sign all the legalese. They ask in depth dental history questions and awesome you're set.

      When you come in they give you a few other disclosures and then they welcome you back. Before you begin your process- Your hit with 5 X-rays. I recently had X-rays done from my orthodontist and asked if I could just email them over. They say no, they don't accept X-rays from other offices. Weird to me honestly, mine are fairly new and if I can not go under harmful rays- I prefer it. But hey- company policy.

      I sit down and I have a few questions. Before I got to the seat I've already been introduced to 3 people- front desk 1, front desk 2, X-ray girl Resa.

      Resa proceeds to take my BLOOD PRESSURE. I ask why is this necessary, she's says in case we give you lidocaine. Resa, I came here specifically for a teeth cleaning- did you read the 5 page document I spent time filling out so this would be a more collaborative experience? No? Oh no one told you? Oh ok.

      I ask Resa about cost and payments. She has no clue. She invites front desk 2 to answer. She authorizes herself as the front desk manager. Didn't really need her for my questions because she didn't answer them, she just provides backhand assurance. Doctor enters room, all the dentistry talk identifying cavities at 18, 3, 31 etc.

      At this point they are racking up costs to charge you. And since you have insurance- you are a potential cash cow.

      When the hygienist comes in (person 5), I ask again for financial information. She has no clue about the finance part. She invites person 6, thé finance manager, to answer my money questions.

      To my surprise the X-rays alone take up to 70% of the expenses. X-rays I didn't need- keep in mind. If I was paying for this out of pocket and they didn't disclose these prices before performing the scans, I would have been out of close to $400.

      Mint Dentistry has a system that makes them successful. I believe they squeeze all they can out of insurance and write it off as " company policy "- to them your another customer. It's not like the old days, when your dentist cared and asked about your family and read the 5 page documents they sent you- so your not repeating yourself to every employee in the joint.

      In a capitalist society, they thrive. They are like the great fine dining server who uses every opportunity to upswell you. As if there aren't enough income strategies before you walk in- they also offer you a monthly subscription that supposedly has other " benefits " but it's really a strategy to lock you in on a payment plan for the other services- yes that you may need, but never asked for.

      I would say all in all 3 stars for Mint Dentistry. Ask me on a date first, before you jump in my mouth.

      I had a 3:00 PM appointment on Tuesday, February 15th and upon my arrival, I was given an invoice to review so my credit card could be run, but I was not told that the cost of my procedure had gone up by 50%. When I asked why the price had increased so dramatically the response I was given by Khaliah Archie (receptionist with whom I normally liaise) was that the previous receptionist gave me the wrong quote. I asked why they decided to honor that price for the other procedure that I had (which was the exact same as what I was coming in for today) and was told that it didn't matter what they had done in the past, but they were not going to honor this price today.

      Khaliah was rude and curt with me saying, "This is the price, so what do you want to do about it?" Mentioning that Donna (the receptionist who created the pricing and invoice for me) was the one that gave me a single quote for both procedures seemed to do absolutely nothing.

      I reiterated that I was not to be held responsible for Donna's mistake in the pricing that she gave me. Considering that the company had honored that price in the past, they should be able to do so again today. Khaliah's response was as curt and rude and in alignment with her previous one so I mentioned to her that this was an unacceptable form of client care and asked if she thought that this was the way she should handle this situation. To which she responded, "Are you going to pay for the services or not?" At that point I decided I was not going to pay it, and I left - never to return.

      I loved MINT!! I first became a patient in 2018 when I was in Irving, Texas, and when I learned that they opened offices here in Atlanta, I rushed to make an appointment and establish care here as well. I brought my family over so they too would become customers. Now, after all this time, I have to sever my relationship with them since I no longer trust their pricing and business practices, and if their receptionists feel comfortable enough to speak with me in such a manor they must have a practice of allowing poor client interaction and behavior. This is not a place where I can feel comfortable with the amount of trust needed with preferred medical providers.

      I had a horrible experience. I usually go to another dental office but they were booked out ..The dentist at the Lilburn office had no patience. I have a fear of needles and instead of explaining and walking me through the procedure, he drops whatever is in his hand and walks off. Granite I understand he has a sharp tool and doesn't was an accidental stab. But still to just storm off and not even talk to the patient. Poor bedside manner. Absolutely would not recommend this place in a million years.

      Absolutely recommend! They know what they're doing. After several appointments from two different dentist who couldn't remove my tooth and tried to shove me to a expensive oral surgeon because I couldn't get numb from the local, I felt hopeless. One night I came across Mint dentistry and decided to give them a try. HEAVEN SENT! The doctors and staff at Mint assured me that they could do the job. Next thing I know, my dental anxiety was gone, the massage chair and shades relaxed me. The pandora station assisted and staff was gentle with me. BOOM no tooth and Im going back to talk implant procedure in a few months! I'm so grateful I wanted to hug everyone in there for removing that pesky tooth! 100% recommend. Clean, friendly, warm and inviting. Go! Go! Go! You won't regret it

      I I could give this location 0 stars I would. Beware and don't fall for their ads like I did. Friendly staff, absolutely-they will charm their way into your wallet . You will very likely be left with a huge bill due after insurance. Worst dental experience ever.
