      They are horrible at scheduling and have zero interest in apologizing for there mistakes. They scheduled me originally when they were closed. Then they scheduled me for a different time, and tried to cancel it the day of. Then when I arrive it takes 1 hour of waiting before I'm seen.

      All this is due to lack of efforts in management looking into scheduling.

      Today, I had the opportunity to visit a place that I never thought I would have to visit, all because of the dental commercial on k104fm. It's interesting how sometimes our intuition can guide us in the right direction. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be the worst experience of my entire life.

      My appointment was scheduled for 10:45, and I arrived promptly at 10:25. After being called to the back, the dental assistant proceeded to take x-rays and perform a complimentary whitening procedure. The dentist then entered the room and examined my teeth. She mentioned that my teeth looked good and referred to me as a rather unremarkable patient in the dental world. Following her brief assessment, she left the room, leaving her assistant behind.

      The assistant returned shortly after and inquired about my most recent lab work. I quickly pulled it up on my phone, but before I could explain further, she abruptly left the room. Approximately 10 minutes later, she returned with a card, asking if I could email the lab results to the doctor. I tried to explain that I couldn't do so because the results were on an app, but she didn't give me a chance to explain. Instead, she left the room, chatting away on her headset, mentioning that she needed to attend to something at the front desk.

      As I sat there alone for the next 20 minutes, the assistant finally returned and asked if I had managed to send the lab results via email. I informed her that they were on my app, not in an email. She then decided to consult with the doctor, leaving the room once again. After another 15 minutes of waiting, with no dental hygienist or assistant in sight, I noticed that it was already 12:30 on my clock. Considering the time and the lack of progress, I decided to gather my things and leave.

      Before departing, I made sure to inform the lady at the front desk that I wanted my name removed from any future appointments. It was clear that nobody at the clinic cared about my experience or valued me as a patient. I truly felt like a nobody during my time there. It's interesting how radio personalities like DD on The Morning Show can speak so highly of the clinic, but it's important to remember that they are paid to do so. The advertisements are nothing but empty promises.

      Now, I have been back home for an entire hour, and not a single person from the dentistry office has reached out to me. This is a prime example of their lackluster customer service. It's disappointing how accustomed we have become to such subpar treatment.

      Worst management I've ever experienced from this chain. The front desk employees are extremely egregious with their lack of communication. I don't like my time wasted. I will not be returning to this office.

      The receptionist is a little impolite. She was at the back desk when I walked in, so I went to the front desk naturally. She said, "why does everyone walk to that one if I'm sitting back here?" After me, she said it to another two individuals. said it in a laughing manner, but some things are better kept private to keep professionalism. Anyway, I had an appointment but apparently didn't apply my insurance online (you would think after three years of going to the same dentist they would have it on file), so she asked for my ssn and employer to try and find it. Twenty minutes later she told me they found one but it expired in 2020. I found my card so I emailed it to her and verified with Delta Dental that it is in fact active. Twenty minutes later she says again that "they" (whoever that is) can't find it. Since everything took about an hour, I had to reschedule my appointment; however, I will be calling to cancel that and look for a different dentist. This experience was the turning point after coming here for more than two years and enjoying it; don't suggest this location.

      AGAIN - i called the other day to cancel my appointment and she said she will let the people know, THEN THEY CALL ME THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT AT 7:30AM and told me i still had an appointment? NO i already called and cancelled and don't call me at 7:30am in the morning??

      honestly, they are horrible with scheduling. the scheduling department doesn't know certain offices days where/when the doctor will be in. i went in to get my wisdom teeth out DAY OF - they rescheduled me. (march of 2022 i believe). i walked into the terrell location on the day of my extractions, and they were not aware of my surgery but i was on the schedule. they told me the doctor isn't here who's even able to do the surgery and he was moving? i was okay with the moving part BUT CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW. i went to get a cleaning this year (2023) - rescheduled me 3 times. same thing, i walked in on my appointment, they told me it would be a 3 HOUR WAIT. like what.... again, CALL ME AND LET ME KNIW. they've put me with the wrong doctor twice and i've tried to call to rescheduled my appointment and she said no i can't do that someone will call you and i was like "then why did i call the line where it says RESCHEDULE- press 2??? i'm fed up with MINT. they've waited my time. there's more to these stories but i can go on & on.

      Do NOT recommend. I was opting to try them out as a new dentist so I scheduled an appointment. A week before my appointment, they called to inform me that they were overbooked due to available clinic resources, so I kindly accommodated their need to reschedule. Then 2 days before my new scheduled appointment, Jessie called and left me the following message, "...letting you know that your appointment for Thursday the 16th has been removed from the schedule due to non-confirmation of the appointment." (I did not reply to the text message sent to me in the time frame they would like, tho there was no ultimatum communicated to me or reprecussion if I did not reply). Meanwhile, I have rearranged meetings and communicated with my team that I will be out of the office, twice now, to make this appointment. This act of 'removing me from the schedule' communicates their sense of self-importance, entitlement and arrogance. Apparently the schedule of MINT Dentistry is FAR more important than the time and schedule of their patients. I live in a space of honoring my commitments and I expect the same for the vendors and services that I use. You can keep your entitled attitude and I will keep my commitment for a doctor's office who can treat their patients, both new and old, with the respect that any human deserves.

      ''Twas the week before Christmas and family was in town. My tooth started to hurt, I needed a root canal and crown! Ok that's all the rhymes I have. In all seriousness. Out of the blue my tooth started hurting very bad. It was a Friday morning and Dr. Coco and his amazing staff got me in first thing Saturday morning. To put this all in perspective I have a HUGE fear of the dentist. I would jokingly tell people I would rather give birth than go to the dentist. Truth! But the team here is so kind, warm, welcoming and talented my fear was quickly overcome. I had my first root canal and temporary crown completed yesterday. Not only did I not feel a thing, I was in and out in less than an hour!! Oh, the icing on the cake is I got to watch Schitts Creek while they did the procedure. Dr. Coco is the very BEST! Now I'm actually looking forward to going for cleanings. BIG thank you to the team.

      Great experience! From the office manager to everyone on back to Dr.Coco! I really loved my experience and have in mind I've always hated going to the dentist. Pleasant experience, professionalism is on point.

      I made an appointment two weeks ago and took off work to get in to see the dentist. They decided to wait until the night before the scheduled appointment to call and cancel the appointment due to the office not being open. Lost money will find another dentist
