Mirror Image Detailing

I reached out to Mirror Image Detailing for a partial Ceramic Coating services on areas where my car had to be re-painted.

Matt, the owner, was very prompt with his communications with me throughout the entire process. I ended up not being able to bring my vehicle to the shop, but they offered vehicle pick-up services from your residence.

Matt went above and beyond in making sure customer satisfaction by also spending probably an hour detailing the exterior of the entire car, after he dropped it back off at my residence, to make sure that every aspect of the vehicle is beautiful (even those areas that I did not specifically asked him to work on). As he's performing the detailing, he would also provide commentaries from his professionally-trained eyes and give recommendations of how to take care of the car paint in the future.

Overall, this is one of my first time requesting services like this on the east coast, but Matt demonstrated a high-level of professionalism, and I am happy I trusted Mirror Image Detailing with my vehicle. I scheduled Matt from Mirror Image to come to my home and remove tinting from a vehicle before I turned it back into the dealership.

He was communicative leading up to the appointment and throughout the process.

Matt and his team are absolutely phenomenal! The attention to detail is unmatched. We have used Mirror Image Detailing for our cars a few times now. It is so convenient that they are able to come to our home and work on the cars in our driveway. The amount of time that the team takes to ensure that the cars come out perfect is quite amazing. We usually book the "Lock it in" package and I suggest you do the same - you won't regret it!!!

I had my car detailed this past Saturday. It was a mess in there with chocolate sauce stained on the passenger seat and now it looks like nothing ever happened lol. I also got LED lights installed. Matt and his guys did a great job, smells great in here and the LED wires aren't hanging around anywhere on the floor, they're tucked away and not a sight for a sore eye. Definitely trustworthy people. I'm a happy customer. Def will be back.

My Acura had a manufacturing defect where the paint was peeling in parts. It was going on for few months and getting worse. I was worried.
I am glad I found this business on Yelp. Matt is just a good person to take care of you. All their staff is courteous. They all care to do a good job.

Great service. Brought the new prius in for tint & a ceramic coating. Mirror Image team (Matt S) had good communication in prep, was upfront on pricing, & was clear on how long the work would take to complete.
Done in 1 business day, dropped off at 9, picked up at 4. Car looks great & no issues.

I had to give another review. I had Mirror Image come back to detail my car again and my wife's SUV. They did not disappoint. Flawlessly meticulous and perfectly detailed. I am beyond happy with their service. The interior is brand new looking...again...and I have 3 little kids and 2 giant dogs that shed. 100/100

I wish I had taken before and after photos but I had a couple of dings in my car door - Brad looked it over and said it looked like someone had knocked their door into mine and that the paint was down to the (I don't remember what it's called when you see the base paint) - he said they would touch it up and it would look better than it does - but it looks like there was never anything wrong! Amazing!
They did a great cleaning- detailing. The rain ruined how great my car looked - was a great experience/value- highly recommend!

Decided to hit up Mirror Image Detailing solely based on their reviews. Matt & team were awesome. I wanted to chrome delete my window trims and powder coat my wheels.

Service- 10/10 Matt called me twice to update me while he had my car for only three days- which was unexpected but very professional. Matt is super nice and explained everything to me as this was my first time doing any work on any of my cars

Price- I was able to get all this done for under 1K which was much cheaper than other price quotes

Overall I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the work done to my car! I would recommend Mirror imaging to anyone looking for quality work and customer service. Will definitely be going back for more :)
