Terrible I requested a lockout and 50 amp inlet , Tony shows up, has neither told me I needed xfer switch by code, ok..tells me order on Amazon intstall was $2200, Tony comes back to install has no inlet box, says I'll get it come back Monday and set up code inspection, I went ahead and paid as I had to go outta town and he said I didn't need to be home 46 days later and multiple text etc I ended up buying the inlet on Amazon and installing myself. They are high but primarily I wanted to ensure I was to code and inspection, I had this same xfer switch and inlet installed at my folks home in Buffalo Tx for $500 after this issue, attached pic is at day 46 Tony your a nice guy but you can't be trusted

I've got a breaker that keeps tripping. Albert was able to diagnose the cause and recommend a fix. I'm really pleased with his level of professionalism.

Tony upgraded my breaker box and he is the best! I love that anytime I need some work done, Tony always gets the job done with a smile. He truly loves his job and he's always so excited to teach and explain things to me. I will forever be a returning customer.

We had an outlet on the front porch that was causing our Gfci to reset. Daniel fixed both of these in less than 30 minutes as we had to leave for another appointment! He was VERY nice!

Ask for Daniel! He did such a great job and was so professional. He is very responsive and patient in explaining everything. We had a big job which included replacing our electric panel, surge protectors, installing pendant lights and wiring flood lights. I felt very comfortable having him in my home for the past week and we will definitely be using him again when we need an electrician.

We had an old panel box that needed replacing and caused a major appliance meltdown. We reached out online to Mister Sparky, really late in the evening and within an hour or less, we had a phone call from Jessica, who was super nice. She heard we had all our power off due to the potential issue of fire and worked hard to get a tech set for the next day in lieu of the wait per the books. She had Daniel, who she said was really nice set to come out the next day. She was right! He was really nice, informative, and he had a price on some complex work within no time. We agreed to what was a fair price and had a new panel installed the next day. He was an artist as it also looks good too. We are very happy with their help and will call on them for all our future needs here at home and for our rental properties.

The tech mission was a very kind and considerate man, if it was simply due to the technician only they would've been hired. He did seem a bit concerned about how to raise the chandelier, but the company we hired said it was super easy and designed to be shortened.
The problem is that when I called Mr. Sparky to schedule an appointment, I asked about starting prices and or ballpark prices and the lady on the phone said they don't have any preset prices, it's a case-by-case. I knew I was going to have to pay for the estimate, but because they had good reviews online, I decided to have them out for an estimate anyway, fully prepared to pay for their time. The first thing the technician said when he arrived is that they have straightforward prices and he shows me a complete pricing list. I told him that their scheduling team was completely unaware of this, and in fact told me that was not something Mr. Sparky offered. The problem is that had she shared that with me and provided me the 'straight forward' pricing, I would have been able to rule them out by looking at their straightforward pricing list as compared to the other 3 professional electrician companies that offered bids... and no one else charged me a service fee to come and offer an estimate.
The company I went with, was Mr. Electric, they were amazing! It was half the cost and when the technician looked at the job, said easy Peezy I got this. He was quick he was efficient, very professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and didn't seem confused by the job at all and was half the price as Mr. Sparky.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Tonya, thank you for mentioning that your electrician was kind and considerate. I hear you about your frustration regarding our pricing guide. Our client experience team is trained to explain that we have a standard price guide, but they are not trained to know which pricing is appropriate for each job over the phone, as they are not electricians. This was not explained properly, and I apologize about that confusing experience. I know that's very frustrating!
A mantra in our company is to "Do the next right thing" if we make a mistake. That's why we waived the dispatch fee to acknowledge that we didn't do everything right to make this a good experience for you. I'm glad to hear that you were able to have the chandelier job completed. And again, I'm sorry we weren't clear in our explanation. We have addressed this in training so we don't repeat again.

Outrageously expensive. My regular electrician was unavailable so decided to hire Mr. Sparky based on HomeAdvisor ratings - Big mistake. Quote was nearly $500 to replace outdoor light and bedroom switch. Required an expensive diagnostic and did not apply $49 visit fee to bill.
When I did the review, got this message from HomeAdvisor:
"We will share your feedback anonymously with the pro to help them improve their business. Feedback about pros who are not hired is not posted on the HomeAdvisor site." This explains a lot but not all the 5 stars.

Josh was an amazing electrician. He was punctual and worked all day to complete the work for us. He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to the problems we were having and then addressed all of our issues.
Everyone who I spoke to on the phone was also friendly and courteous.

Soooooooo ridiculously expensive!!!! Shop around!!!!!!! They charge you $49 to come out which is fine, but that charge is usually subtracted from your final bill. This company is OBVIOUSLY very greedy!! I do not recommend them, wayyyyy too $$$$$$$$ plus they didn't come out when they were supposed to so I had to wait all weekend before I got my issue resolved!
