We knew from the start of considering to sell our home that we would contact Misty and Stephen Cochren. During packing we caught a bad cold. Stephen and Misty sent us a Comfort Box. They treated us like family not just a customer. Stephen did an excellent job with the sale of our home while we had already moved to another state during the process. He was very professional and kept us in the loop at all times. There were no hidden fees and very reasonable in the market today. He did a great job selling our home in short amount a time and got over asking! If we ever move back to California, they will be the only real estate agents we will contact!
