Super good communication, competitive pricing and was able to book appointment ASAP. They Called before they showed up, showed up on time and was able to cut a key and program a remote for a car in a fast manner.
The tech was very polite and new how to do his job.

My favorite thing about this company...... a human picks up the phone when it rings.

This place is horribly priced lady at the counter was nice the person she asked to price the service was horrible. They priced me 10 bucks to cut keys for blanks I bought myself and brought to them. Other places quoted 1.50 per cut per side which would be 3 dollars a key I was charged 30 for 3 keys to be cut mind you they had not chips not programming needed basic keys horrible would never go back would not recommend at all.

Do NOT let this company open your vehicle and then quote you a price. Get the quote before they open your vehicle. This company thrives on your misfortune and I PROMISE they will try not to tell you how much the price is before they open your vehicle for you.

shaun, did a great job, an incredible job, working and making a "new" key that had lost to gmc sonoma pickup truck.
let me tell you this was not an easy job to do, but shaun would not give up, and was determined to figure out why the "new" key was not working right to turn the ignition.
shaun, with incredible patience and skill, eventually figured it out, and made it work, made the "new" key work and turn the ignition over.
asked shaun if he would make me a "second" key, as a backup just in case lost the "new" key.
sadly, shaun told me he didn't have any more keys like that with him, but said he'd be glad to get some more from shop and come back tomorrow and make me a "second" backup key.
shaun, not only worked me into his already busy next day schedule, but told me that he had figured better solution to the "new" ignition problem and even made the "second" key fit better than the already working "new" key.
sorry this review was little long but wanted to make sure what a great job "shaun" did, and that he is a great asset to your company and his devotion, commitment, and personal integrity to his job and to being a great locksmith is incredible.
great locksmith "shaun", great company, fair and honest pricing.
next time need a locksmith, call and ask for "shaun",
he's a great locksmith.
