Modern Nails

Came here for the first time, despite reading some of the reviews. I had an absolute pleasant experience. I did not have an appointment and they accommodated me right away. I will definitely return, prices are good compared to other places I have been to. This will be my new go to place. Tran did my nails and she took her time and made them perfect.

I stopped here when I was visiting from out of town. I had a gel pedicure and everyone fell of in two days! I called and they said to come back in and they would redo them. I told them that I lived out of town and was not getting back to that area soon. They basically told me nothing they could do.
There are so many other places to go and I suggest you look at other places.

I can see why this place would have bad reviews but my experience was excellent. Request Tina! She did great on my pedi! She took her time and made great conversation. Prices are also not bad! Pedis start at 30 (I got the M.N spa one for 40 and it was AMAZING).

The older lady is really bad. She doesn't even polish the nails all the way. Always in rush. Not worth the price. The guy is the only one who does somewhat better. Don't have your nails done by the lady.

They rushed to get me and my sister nails done. We need to go somewhere thats more patient and actually cares about how our nails will look after. They didnt even shape and file the nails good.

My girlfriend and her friend went there for pedicures and were met with short and rude service. Pedicures are meant to be relaxing and they said they were rushed and disrespected by a staff that clearly didn't care about they're business. The nail polish had already started to peel off of they're toes by the time they got home and when they went up there for a refund we're met with hostility and threats of calling the police. My girlfriend eventually had to take her own nail polish off In front of the staff in order to get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE MORE BUSINESS THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

My daughter and I had a pedicure appointment but they started me 30 Minutes before her. Also. I paid for a double massage and they never gave me a second massage. I told the owner who did my pedicure that you only did one massage and to deduct $5 and he refused. Never again!! These places are a dime a dozen and I've been to a lot better ones. Live and learn...again!

Hi. I lost my Nail Tecnician at another shop and was having a hard time finding a new one. I finally decided on Modern Nails and to my ayepeise I walked in and there she was, Tran. Best tech I ever went went to. She takes her times and does a great job. I recommend her very highly. You won't be disappointed.

Great job on my gel acrylics , will absolutely go back . Nice staff , my very kind technician who's name I did not catch , but went the extra mile and fixed my nails to my liking, I was being picky they turned out great . Also , they got me in right away which was great .

Sad, my mom got my sister and I manicures and mine was super rushed. She didn't say anything to me except telling me multiple times to pick a color as I was looking. She didn't do another coat on my nails and they were see through and weird looking. I was afraid to ask them to fix it because of how awkward it was. On the other hand, my sister got her nails done by a very nice guy who was talkative and friendly but probably the worst manicure she's ever gotten. I feel so rude and I wish I had good things to say but not fair to be treated that way for how much we paid.
