1st bowl: Teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, garlic edamame & sweet corn.

2nd bowl: teriyaki steak, mochiko chicken, salted edamame & mac salad.

Both bowls were really good in their own way but I did prefer the teriyaki chicken because it had more flavor than the steak. And the steak was very chewy (well done). Katsu chicken was perfectly breaded & fried.

Garlic edamame was better than the salted- salted was bland.

We tried a spicy sauce, which reminded me of Heinz 57, and a teriyaki sauce which was very good.

Service was good & quick and the place was clean.

Service was quick but employees were very rude. Food was really good aside from the meats which were dry and lacked flavor. I loved the Kimchee slaw and the dole whip is very good. Nice size restaurant and it wasn't too busy during dinner.

Went here for the first time with some family. The menu is very simple which is nice so you can easily pick what you want. The service was fast, our plates were ready in under a few minutes. The staff behind the counter weren't very friendly though. The cost is reasonable for the large portion sizes. The kimchi salad is hot, I didn't care for it, but if you like hot things, I'm sure it will be your jam. I had the katsu chicken and mochiko chicken and they were both good. Mac salad is okay. We all shared a dole whip and it was so good. The inside has a lot of seating. Overall, if I was on that side of town again, I would return.

The food in itself is pretty good but for as many times as I've been here for the food, I've only ever encountered friendly staff on a couple of occasions. This evening, my girlfriend ran in while I stayed in the car. She came out all upset and one of the workers was following her out. Apparently, this gentleman had gotten upset with her when he had to get more teriyaki sauce from the back as they had run out in front. As he rolled his eyes at her request, my girlfriend flippantly tells him that if he doesn't like his job, maybe he should find a new one. A little much but understand the Staff there is almost always unpleasant. He came back with a tray of sauces and proceeded to slam it on the counter. Needless to say, we will not be frequenting this establishment any longer

It's a little pricey but worth it. It's really yummy. The spicy poke is delicious and the chicken I got was very good. Spicy garlic edamame was amazing. Rice was cook perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be. Back for sure.

Visit: Brought my daughter for lunch to try our new favorite authentic Hawaiian food in Ahwatukee.

Food: We ordered one Bowl which comes with two entrees and 2 scoops of white/ brown rice. For our bowl we chose white rice with one extra scoop for $1.50 with Pulehu chicken. For dessert we got Val her favorite "Dole Whip cup."

Service: Take out, Service was great and food was prepared correctly and under 5 minutes through the line, Didn't like how undercooked the Dole was served for $5 that was disappointing the way around this for future customers reference is to make sure you order the dole for "Dine-In" make sure no top so they can fill it and make it into come size! service was fast and Lunch for 2 with dessert only cost us $18.

Service was good. Ambiance is clean and comfortable. Food was ok but pricey. Nothing specific that makes this place exceptionally good or bad. It's just ok.

This. Place. Is. So. Good. The amount of food for the price is excellent, and the actual quality of the food is even better. Amazing sauce, meat, and rice. The sides are lovely, too, though I usually just go for the meat and rice. So many good proteins, and so much great flavor. My friends love this place, too. One just had it catered at their wedding!

I met my friend here for lunch and it was not too busy. There was not a ton of parking but it was not an issue for me. The menu was simple which was good and I knew what I wanted. I ordered the regular plate with teriyaki chicken, sweet corn, macaroni salad, and added poke (ahi tuna).

The teriyaki chicken was good and same with the sweet corn and macaroni salad. The poke was delicious and definitely lived up to what my friend said about it which was it was one of the better poke that he could find out in the valley. I definitely would recommend the poke here and the teriyaki chicken if you weren't sure what to order.

Good place for Hawaiian food and I would recommend it.

Absolute gem of a fast casual lunch spot. Very clean inside and the staff were incredible with making suggestions and recommendations. I wanted to save some room for dole whip, but I guess I'll just have to come back again!
