This small town, locally owned, diner is homey, clean and good. They are open for lunch and dinner but serve breakfast all day. The food was super fresh.
We were the first customers of the day on Saturday for lunch. The place is decorated with farm decor and family photos.
The menu offers daily specials, burgers and other sandwiches, pizzas, a couple salads and a number of tempting deserts.
Our server was sweet and efficient. Food is prepared to order and came out n about 15 minutes.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger was made of ground sirloin and served with choice of toppings. The burger was delicious and filling. The fries were very hot, fresh and good.
My husband had the grilled tenderloin. The meat was very fresh, juicy, and delicious. The sandwich was served with choice of toppings. His only minor complaint was that the bun (which was really fresh) did not hold up well, making the sandwich difficult to eat. But he really enjoyed it.
There is plenty of parking and the restroom was super clean.Helpful 15Thanks 2Love this 16Oh no 0 - Leigh W.Seymour, IN4142Apr 29, 2023First to Review
Please come check out this small ma & pa restaurant. Small, but adequate dining area. Very clean with cute country decor. This was my and my boyfriend's first time here. I had the BBQ sandwich special with baked beans & coleslaw. He had the grilled tenderloin and onion rings. Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A huge plus for me was that they had diet Mt Dew. All homemade desserts.... blackberry cobbler, lemon meringue pie, peanut butter pie, strawberry rhubarb pie and banana pudding to name a few.
We will definitely be going back. Come check them out if you're out in the middle of nowhere. Delicious!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
