Monceau Fleurs

I order online for same day delivery service in Paris and everything was good, easy to order online, the flowers were delivered to the hotel on time, they don´t update the status online, but I sent an email to customer service and they replied fast and confirmed the delivery. Prices are ok and bouquets are the just like the pictures, well presented and beautiful.

A wide range of cut and potted flowers, well presented and reasonably priced. However I was served by the grumpiest woman I've ever encountered. I know I'm in Paris and there's a certain froideur between everyone, but this was just rude. I didn't realise that my selection of flowers had caused such offence because she just sneered at me from beginning to end, slapping the flower around carelessly. When two of the tulips got stuck together she actually exclaimed with a frustrated "urrrgh!" before flicking the pair repeatedly until one was thrown off onto the table. The bouquet looked good, but customer service was abysmal.

The sales assistant was so unpleasant, spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Never had such an unpleasant experience in a flower shop. I guess he was more concerned about putting others down, including his collegue that he belittled in front of us, and me, than he was about flowers or giving advise or customer service. À éviter.
