There aren't enough stars for what this place is/does. Joe the manager here is a honest, kind-hearted man. And the staff here is amazing too!

I came here in desperate need of an oil change. Like emergency. My love in haste put antifreeze in where the oil goes. Oops. He was full up on cars and appointments, however said if I would wait around (it was about 4pm) until they close at 6pm he would do it then. AFTER THEY CLOSED! Already so awesome!!!

BUT.... While I was waiting, there was an older woman there. He spent over 3 hrs working to fix/fabricate something for her window. But was only going to charge her $40! She had forgot her bank card and only had $20 on her and he said. Thanks! And have a nice day! And accepted only $20 for that work and smiled and was happy to help her!!!

Please. Please. If you need anything for your car. COME HERE!!! Don't go down to corporate Jiffy Lube down the street. Bring Joe your business.

Btw. He didn't even charge me for the oil change. He said, shit happens. Hopefully this eases your wife's heart for the mistake. I still tipped him ;-)

I set an appointment online for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I brought my car in for the appointment, I was told it would be a few minutes because they were running behind. 3 hours later and they were still bringing in other cars into the garage, with mine still sitting in the parking lot. Customer service was horrible and they did nothing to compensate for the fact that I sat waiting for 3 hours for an oil change. I will take my car to someplace else after this experience.

Quick and easy service. Oil change is $19.99 and tire rotation is free with it. I was in and out in about an hour and all the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I'm a 20 year old woman and a lot of times I am told things are wrong with my car even if they aren't to get my money. This was absolutely not done here, all they asked for past the oil change and tire rotation was that I return.

Needless to say, I will be returning. Thank you for your quick service! I recommend requesting an appointment online because there were a lot of appointments coming in, even at 10:00 am on a Tuesday.

I brought in my car due to a clutch problem. I went in with the idea that it was the slave or master cylinder and they told me I would need an entire clutch replacement and quoted me at $1700. I took the car to another mechanic across town and he told me exactly what I thought, I needed a slave cylinder. Wound up replaceing both the master and slave cylinder just for good measure. Also got my oil changed and state inspection and it only cost me $600. Just goes to show you that shops will try and screw you over any chance they get.

Fantastic experience! These guys are very professional yet personable. They issue with my truck turned out to be more difficult than first thought and they made it a positive experience! The customer service that I received was beyond what I expected! Cant say enough positive things about my experience at Monro.

Very prompt....Car was done quickly and ready for pick up exactly when they said it would be. The front desk was kind, informative, and accommodating, and had generally great customer service. I went in for an alignment, but would return for other services.

I am a single mom and I know nothing about cars. The guys at Monro tell me exactly what I need and nothing more. I've even checked other places to compare and they never cheat me even though they know I'm ignorant when it comes to cars. Went in for an oil change last week and I had a brake light out, they fixed the light free of charge. They have the lowest price guarantee on tires in the area and they stand by it. I live in New Market but I will continue to take the drive to Harrisonburg for their awesome service and friendly staff!! Thank you for all your help guys!!
