Mooresville Coin Laundry

Im new to the North Carolina area I live close by that laundry MCL so I've been there twice the first time they didn't have any quarters but the dryers were pretty well. The water in the machines weren't enough water and I went two weeks ago so they changed the dryers. I spent so many quarters, and my clothes still were not dry. I told the young lady that was in there who was working, she act like she cares but it's just a job to her and I'm not going back anymore thumbs down

Iwatched as someone else's quarters were taken and the lady came over and said that it was her quarter that was it working her machine working now I just put clothes in the dryer and it took my quarter I told her about it and she just came over and put one of my quarters in and there goes my order is gone she's doesn't believe me that her machine took my order there is mold on the top of the washer machines where you put the laundry detergent I will post a picture I am more than ready if I am I want to share the dryer and supposedly this is the cleanest of laundry mat in town

Did a drop off service of 20 pounds and was charged $58! Ridiculous! Was ripped off!!! Don't ever go here and expect fair and quality service...criminals !!

$38.75 was what my dad and I brought for 4 loads of laundry, but I've taken them home wet. Attendant said it would take $3.00 to dry a load of laundry, and after staying that I had put over that amount into the machine, they questioned how much i had put in. This place is a scam, the dryers don't even heat up! Make sure you have an endless supply of money, because it will never be enough to bring home clean, dry clothes from this facility.

I have been using this Laundromat for about 7 years.

I have never had any problems or issues with the machines.

I have used their "wash and fold" services for the past 3 years and have "zero" complaints. The pricing is fair, the turn around on clothing is fast. Same day or next.

Haters will hate, try them for yourself.

I went once and have not gone back. My clothes still had dog hair and lint when it came out the washer. My clothes still looked kinda dingy. Inside the washer compartment to add detergent was mildew and buildup. It was very dusty everywhere like around arcade and vending machines just every corner. To top it off the worker had their dog roaming around. I love dogs but not while I'm trying to get my clothes clean.

Absolutely terrible place to do laundry. This place doesnt even deserve any stars. I have been coming to this laundromat for the past year since I have been living in my current apartment that doesnt allow washer/dryer hookups. A couple of times my clothes have been damaged due to the workers not cleaning the machines but it was just small bleach sports so i wasn't going to cause a scene. However, on 11/25/15, the day before thanksgiving my clothes caught on FIRE in one of the dryers. yes, on FIRE. How do wet clothes catch on fire? Good question. Because none of my friends or family members that are firemen even know either. I got absolutely no apology from the worker on duty, or better yet the owner after my information was collected by the fire department. The worker just basically laughed and said "Your a hairdresser so it was probably chemicals from your clothes." No, what a dimwit because it was washed off and had just came out of the washer. Clearly the dryers are faulty/malfunctioned. I got No phone calls from the owner offering an apology and I was told they will not reimburse me. I will be taking this to court.

I've been coming here for over 8 months now and wouldn't consider looking for another laundromat. The prices are fair (I do 2 weeks worth of laundry for about $7). They offer a wash and fold service and the owner is very friendly. It is family run (and yes there is occasionally a small dog that will come out to greet guests) but that just adds to the charm of the place. Saturday around noon or Sunday after 2 are usually good times to get in without too much traffic.
