Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center

My audiologist, Dr. Larson in San Luis Obispo, recommended this business because of its reputation for outstanding service. I had lost a hearing aid for my left year several months ago and was anxious to be able to hear again. I was pleasantly surprised by the way this business is run. The receptionist was friendly and the check in went smoothly. After a short wait, I saw Gretchen, the owner of the business, and she went through my options thoroughly and came up with a perfect solution for my needs. It was such a pleasant experience to be able to hear again. She spent time with me teaching me how to use them and their different features. I teach Conversational Spanish and being able to hear well will make a major difference in my effectiveness as a language teacher. The hearing aids are comfortable and fit perfectly. She also asked me to return in 3 weeks to make sure that the hearing aids are working perfectly.

I took my mom here today and the girls are very nice in there very helpful thank you for all your help glad I brought my mom here she likes you girls

I went in here as I was referred by the VA for a tinnitus and hearing exam check.

Parking is hidden behind the building off a small alley/street next to the building, drive slow, you'll see it.

The ladies working here were delightful.
Maybe it helped that I was under the age of 70 and seemed so young by comparison. But they were so sweet, very fun, and easy going.

Took a few tests, got hooked up to a machine or two, nothing painful, or difficult.

Turns out my hearing is great I just have random ringing in my ears. Weird.

Anyway, they all seemed quite knowledgeable about the VA and how claims and things like that worked. If I needed a hearing exam and lived nearby I can't think of any reason not to go here.

I'm sure you'll get the same wonderful, kind, caring service I did.

Gretchen helped me out of a bind when my ReSound app no longer worked when I updated my Apple software to version 15.4. I recently moved to the Central Coast and had never seen her before, but she took time out of her busy schedule to get me back on track. Can't say enough good things about her and the Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center!

I finally decided that I need a hearing aid (my wife knew it all along). I did some research and found the Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center. I'm very pleased to note that my experience was great!
Gretchen took perfect care of me. I've had hearing tests in the past with the sheriff's and fire departments and this one that Gretchen administered was more comprehensive and through.
She explained my results and answered all my questions. She took all the time I needed to make a decision on what type and model aid I need and can afford.
I will recommend going to visit Gretchen if the need arises for you to get a hearing aid. I'm so happy I found this place. I ordered my pair and can't wait to pick them up.

At my most recent visit my audiologist, Stephanie, was having a problem programming my tinnitus Widex hearing aids. Rather than simply "guess" she called the Widex help line and spoke with a representative who walked her thru the necessary steps.

I did not feel rushed during my visit and will come back as needed and necessary.

Now this is a wonderful small business that has professional and very friendly people who have the expertise to provide the best care. Having recently moved to this area, discovering and getting great service at Morro Bay Hearing, I'll be coming here for all my hearing aid needs.

Professional office staff and competitive pricing. I've been going here for about three years and have always been completely satisfied.

I would never recommend (or go there again). After confirming by phone prior to scheduling my appointment that an audiologist would be available to sign off on my "free" hearing test and fax the results to my provider, they refused to do so when I went for my appointment. Apparently their (bogus) "free" hearing test is only for someone buying hearing aids from them.

The owner, Gretchen, and the office receptionist are warm and welcoming. They make you comfortable and go out of their way to meet your needs and get your hearing exam and subsequent hearing aid completed timely and professionally. An A-1 business.
