Mountain Cab

Didn't even get to use this cab company and thank god I didn't. The customer service is completely horrible! The man I spoke to was so incredibly rude and when I asked for a wait time he gave me an attitude and shouted YOURE THE NEXT ONE and hung up. That phone call completely ruined this for me and I immediately called back and canceled. Whoever I spoke to should be fired!!!!

Right on time (actually a few minutes early). Very polite and a nice safe ride. Will definitely use them again.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever had. I've tried these guys a couple times before this review and they were disappointing then, but I figured I'd give them one more shot. I had just finished watching a movie with my niece and nephews and we were trying to get home. I called for a cab at 9:25pm. The dispatch tells me "I've got a guy coming your way." Cool. Fast forward to a half hour later and we're still standing outside waiting for this mystery cab. Two of their cabs drive past us, empty, by the way. I eventually said "Screw this, I'm using Lyft." I never called them back to cancel the cab. At this point, it was a race to see which one would get to us first. My money was on the Lyft. Sure enough, Lyft wins. We get home, everyone is comfortable, still full of energy from enjoying the movie. It's 10:30pm at this point and I get a call back from the dispatch asking me if I still needed a cab. I say that was an hour ago. He responds, I know. That's why I'm calling to see if you still need a cab. I tell him no and let him know that 2 of his cabs passed me while I was waiting. His answer was Okay, bye and he hangs up the phone. Long story short, you have a higher probability of evolving into some form of winged creature and flying to your destination before these(Pardon my French) assholes get a cab to you. Just use Uber or Lyft.
