MT Nail & Spa

I am completely disgusted with the treatment I received from the owners of this nail salon. I had been there 1x before and they did a decent enough job, so I scheduled an appointment for today. I was stuck in traffic from the weather and arrived 9 minutes late. I was greeted with "oh you're late, right?" I immediately apologized and advised it was due to traffic. They both looked at me annoyed and told me to pick a color. After 90 seconds of looking for a color, while they both stared and waited..the man (idk his name) started complaining about how I was late then taking a long time to pick a color. He wasn't talking to me but to who I assume is his wife.. I just happened to hear him. I then let him know if it was a problem, I would just leave. He was mean and argumentative to me from the moment I walked in. Argued with me about all of the above. So rude and unprofessional. I apologized multiple times about being a few minutes late but i ended up leaving because I felt uncomfortable and attacked. I advised them they were being very rude and it was uncalled for and unprofessional. I told them I would review their business honestly (I don't usually write reviews, but this was so ridiculous), he advised they can reply. I said go ahead.
I manage a business and if I ever treated people the way they treated me and how they made me feel, we would have no one there. I know it's no loss to them if I'm there or not.. but I will never be returning and will make sure no one I know ever does either. I hope one day they can have kindness and can do better.

I'm new to getting acrylic nails and my past experiences were not the best. I went to Amy and Chan to fix them and they made my nails look phenomenal. I asked for a full set and they removed the old nails painlessly and quickly but carefully applied the new ones. The color, the shape, the weight, the length - literally everything the last place had me wanting for - they improved on. I sat with Chan and he worked so delicately to create a beautiful shape on every single nail and to make
sure the form was impeccable on each one. I had great conversation with him as he worked and he made me feel incredibly comfortable in the salon. Chan is witty, kind, and incredibly talented and the price they charge is even quite cheap. This is definitely my new spot!

I have been a customer for over 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Fast, clean, professional and pleasant. Both the husband and wife make my experience a great one. They always know exactly what I want, shape & color. 10 out of 10 every time

I just moved to the area and when I called for pricing the owner was so sweet on the phone and the nail spa is waking distance from my apartment so I figured I'd give it a shot. Amy was so sweet, the salon is very clean and I felt safe during this pandemic. Love my nails, will be back!

What an awful costumer service!!! I'm actually am still there but this is unreal! I never met anyone that does nails as rude as the husband! Literally he stoped and asked him wife to switch with him because I told him "I need a manicure & pedicure, and please cut the cuticles"
He said what do you think a manicure is??? Seriously, I get them done e dry other week!!! So I said it's not my first one, so he continued, what do you think this is my first time? What a shame, I leave walking distance from here and would NEVER come again! Very very rude!!! Now I see why the place was empty...

Amy did a beautiful job on my nails! I walked in on a Monday afternoon and was seen immediately. I had an atrocious manicure at another salon and she fixed me up 100%. She's such a nice woman and extremely professional. My nails have never looked better!! Finally a natural looking acrylic mani.

The salon is clean and prices are great!! I have been looking for a nail salon in Milford for months and I will only go back to MT Nail. What an awesome salon!!

Owner was very rude while doing my nails. He told me that I should not be judging the way he does nails after I just checked the shape to see if I was happy with it, I did not say a single word to him about the shape of the nails and also dismissed me in mid conversation about my previous work done. I will never go back here again. They do nails very thin here as well very easy to break. Not happy at all...

Stumbled upon MT nail spa and so glad I did! pedicure was relaxing along with the easy conversation between myself and the salon owners. Also had my brows done. this Salon will be my go to place for sure.

I absolutely love this place, and it's the only one I'll be going to from here on out! I've been on a search for the perfect nail salon in Milford for a few years, and this is it! The pricing is beyond fair, even cheap, and the service is amazing! I love the couple who runs this salon: they are genuinely friendly and a joy to hold a conversation with. I have gotten multiple full acrylic sets and a pedicure here, and am beyond pleased every single time. The nails I have gotten done here hold up far better than any other salon I have visited yet. 100% would recommend this salon.

Rude, poor customer service no matter how nice you are to them. The husband has an attitude. I've given them many chances but I'm finally done. Not worth the money, I kick myself for going back....never again!
