My favorite place for breakfast or lunch. They have decent prices compared to other places around town. Great service here when I ordered an eggs Benedict, it tasted great and the hollandaise sauce was on point. 5/5

Quirky, Dis-functional staff; NOT customer oriented! S L O W! Mediocre boring food; Reviews made me think this place would be great - but NOT A CHANCE! Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday and although they had numerous empty tables and plenty of staff - advised that the wait would be 20 to 25 minutes. No room to wait inside, so stood outside waiting the 20 minutes with numerous other folks. Most likely not properly staffed if there are many empty tables but still a 20 minute wait. Waited another 10 minutes for the quirky server who arrived confused and said "Oh, I didn't know you had your drinks" which seemed off since they have a girl dedicated to dispatching drinks and brewing & refilling coffee. Server acknowledged that we had drinks and drifted off and away to chat w/ her fellow server - not a care in the world that we were ready to order after our 30 minute wait. Another 15 minutes and the gross food arrived. Eggs Benedict - YUK! Chefs are too lazy to put English muffin into a toaster, so they plop it on the grill so it soaks up all the oil from everything else they cooked. It tasted disgusting AND was hard as a hockey puck. The eggs were NOT poached but lazily made over-easy. The home fry potatoes as a disgusting pile of cold moosh. Best part of the breakfast was the two grapes. Wife ordered the Monte Cristo which tasted bland and boring and came with coleslaw which was tasteless. Server never checked back w/ us - as she doesn't care. Seems all the staff wander around trying to look busy but not doing anything productive - which is probably why there are empty tables and 30 minute wait. I gave the server the tip she deserved - ZERO! Avoid this place - failed management, inept staff, long wait, boring food.

It's such a cute little cafe in a hidden strip mall. I've been here a couple of times, and all great experiences. Staff is always fast and friendly. Drinks (Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's) are always smooth and well made. Prices a great.

These stars are ALL about the food! Best grits I've EVER had. Amazing corn beef hash, delicious home fries/potatoes, wonderful marble rye toast, and an incredible eggs Benedict menu, full of choices. The hollandaise sauce is divine. We had the New York Eggs Benedict and found it to be perfect.
Service is a bit slow because this place is busy but servers are friendly.
The ambiance is straight up diner - no frills.
But if you are looking for incredible breakfasts, this is a must-tryHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Jun 24, 2023
Finally Stopped by today after driving by everyday on my way to work and saying, I need to bring hubbs here. We had to wait about 20 minutes today but that's not too bad. The outside is not much to look at but what matters is the cleanliness, atmosphere, service and food. The food is as good, although for the price they could give a little more with their platters. Good selection of breakfast items. We enjoyed our breakfast experience today and do recommend it if you are looking for a casual spot with the staple breakfast items.

Great food and staff at fair prices. Eat here almost each weekend. Almost always have something different and have never been disappointed.

What a delightful find! Went with a girlfriend for brunch and everything we had was delicious- Shrimp and Grits- blackened shrimp over creamy cheesy grits, Monte Cristo Sammy w sweet potato fries and raspberry jam( what made this so good was it wasn't actually battered and fried! It was served in Challah bread and grilled). Had to try one Caramel Pecan pancake just because, and let me warn you- one is enough! The cake was as big as the plate and fluffy with just the right amount of pecans and caramel. Next time we're getting Mimosas as they offer several varieties to choose from.

Ok we finally made it to Mulberry Lane. We have driven by the place hundreds of times
Without realizing that it was mulberry lane cafe. You can only see the song breakfast cafe from the street/. Anyway, it was good! I had the farmers
Market with marble rye toast. Everything g tasted fresh and the service was fast and efficient: we will go back to try the lunch... rob got sausage links but he isn't much of a fan so that is why I gave it a four star rating; however, we will try the lunch so the rating may change!! You should go!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lee L.Patrick AFB, FL348417Apr 21, 2023
Nice to see Yelp allows me to post on THIS restaurant. The service, food and price are excellent, but good luck getting in on a weekend. Be prepared to wait if you are in a large group, 4+... It is a very popular breakfast spot and due to the excellent food at a reasonable price, it IS BUSY. One detracter, my daughter wanted oatmeal and the waitress must have misunderstood. She said they were out of regular oatmeal and said they had carrot-cake (we understood oatmeal), if my daughter would like to try that. My daughter said she would try it. When it came out, it was a block of carrot cake dessert. Misunderstanding.. Our only complaint. Definitely a go back again restaurant for us.
BTW, it is good carrot cake, just not in place of a hot bowl of oatmeal...Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 2
