Went to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office on Ponce de Leon boulevard to renew my Taiwanese passport. After a few bad experiences with the passport photo service from both major pharmacies, I found this studio in the area and decided to give it a try. That was the best decision I made that day. The whole process was less than 10 minutes and the cost was almost the same with the local pharmacies. But what I received was a passport photo taken by a experienced professional photographer with actual studio lighting. Also, since the studio is located near several different foreign embassies, the photographer even has all the settings for the photo requirements for different country ready in the computer. Now I have a perfect portrait that will last for another ten years! Definitely recommend this studio to everyone I know.

On three occasions Murnor Studio has assisted me with passport pictures. Being a dual citizen requires regular renewals for myself and my newborn. My most recent visit was for my newborn. And the folks had a cute little bean bag set up for her to sit while they took pictures of her. Grabbing her attention for the right shot took a little bit of patience too. I appreciated the extra service that was provided and could not have been more pleased with the result. The studio is located close to magnificent mile and has street parking and a parking garage directly opposite. All the photography happens in the adjacent room where patrons stand on a old frayed Persian rug with special lighting umbrellas / instruments. All of my passport pictures were taken digitally, printed and cut within a few minutes. I usually called ahead each time to make sure they were available before coming.
