My Mechanic

Scotty and the team at My Mechanic have been rock solid with our family's cars for 10 years +.

Buuuuut, I got my car serviced for a simple oil change at a national chain (who shall remain nameless but initials are JL) which resulted in an oil leak dripping on my garage floor. I returned, they looked at in the service bay and all I heard was a company line on "residual oil dripping" (at least 5 times by 2 different employees). Still leaked afterwards so I made an appointment and brought it to My Mechanic. They took care of it in about an hour for less than 50 bucks. No more drips! Lesson learned - always bring it to the grown ups for service :-)

They were kind and explained everything, the prices are reasonable!!! I do recommend to everyone ! Great service!!!!

My family has known Scotti for years and started coming here when I was in high school. As an adult, still taking my cars here for oil changes, repairs, etc... Can't recommend My Mechanic enough!

A great business top to bottom. They have been servicing our vans for years and each time they are honest, reliable, affordable, and pay attention to detail.

Remember the feeling of getting ripped of or just being uncertain about whether you got taken for a ride by your mechanic? Now try to imagine the exact opposite of that! That's the feeling you'll have after interacting with Scottie and his team. Best Mechanic you'll every do business with. They'll earn your trust and keep it from the minute you step in the doors.

I brought in my Subaru Forrester for an oil change and to check the error code being displayed. Instead of making me buy a new Catalytic Converter, they walked through the diagnosis and gave me all the options. These guys rock!

Don't overthink this one. Bring your car here and tell everyone you know about them with confidence that you're giving your business to an honest company!

There are few things in this world that are as stressful and expensive as getting your car repaired. So today when I got into my car and my accelerator quit on me, all I could think was "there goes $500". I was on my lunch break, and my car could only roll. It was a blessing in disguise when I rolled it right on in to their shop.

First off, right from the get-go, they were friendly and happy to help. They checked a couple things and tried a few more while I was just standing there completely bummed that I was not going to have my car. But still they were confident. Scotti led me into the waiting area, and was easy-going and sociable. I felt more at ease with them working on my car than most places I have been to. They were great. If you're on the fence about bringing your car to one place or another; don't be. Roll it right on in, and they'll be honest, dependable, and just downright helpful. No gimmicks, no dancing around why you're being charged this or that. It's all right there and communicated to you on the spot.

Now, my car had an issue with the accelerator sticking. It had been getting worse and worse as time went on but had finally decided to stop working right outside their shop. But still they tried a couple things--maybe it's the cable, but that was functioning well and not binding. They checked the throttle body and noticed the build up from some carbon deposits. Instead of taking the opportunity to throw me a $600 to $800 bill, they took the part out and sanded it down. I got back in my car and boy, was it good to go.

They were completely upfront. They told me that in the future, this may happen again and I will need to replace the part; there's only so much sanding you can do to a part like that. Scotti was great. After I painlessly paid a bill that was a tenth of what I was expecting to pay, I made the decision right then and there if I needed to have the part replaced I was coming to them.

Better than the Best!
Their Service is exemplary and accurate. No gimmicks and they know what's to be fixed right away and I find the car running smoothly. I am definitely gonna continue using their services.
To crown it all they are very courteous and friendly.

Update: Scotti continues to be aces! He still has a good face for bad news. He and his team are great!

My only suggestion: please repair the parking lot. I backed my car and it's brand new tires, tie rods and alignment right over one of those pot holes. Thankfully I was going very slowly.

Mr Scotty & Chaz ware AWESOME ! They were extremely courteous & welcoming they also educated me on vehicles why educating me about my own ! The mechanics are great & fast, prices are good & they all treat you like family ! Highly recommend !
