      I am appalled by the driver's behavior and lack of professionalism. He shows up 2 hours late and does not apologize. He makes several excuses, i.e., lost, traffic, and was untruthful telling me that he is waiting for me downstairs while I'm waiting for him downstairs. When he finally arrives, he yells at me because I ask him why is he late. He snaps and shouts "Do you want to move or not"?! He uses profanity and leaves. I'm not sure if his name is Danny or Dennis. He gave me two names, but if you encounter him and still want to use their services be aware. I know, I will never use My Movers again.

      If anyone needs a mover, consider Luna Movers. They are prompts, efficient, friendly, and professional. Mr. Nelson and his staff, Nando even assembled my bed.

      We used My Movers for our move from our home in Bristow to a storage unit in Culpeper. We were incredibly impressed! Their pricing is very reasonable. 2 guys showed up early, got right to work and had our entire 4 bedroom house loaded within 2 hours and they were able to load our storage unit in an hour. We won't see our stuff for awhile so I have no idea what state our stuff is in that's in boxes, they seemed to handle everything with care.

      My only complaint is they left 15 minutes before my husband and my husband beat them to the storage unit...and they didn't show up for another 20 minutes. We were told they stopped for gas which seemed odd to me given we were paying for time. I'd recommend you guys gassing up before your appointments, so your customers aren't waiting.

      However, despite that, we would absolutely use them again and recommend them to our friends!

      I used this company many months ago and was pretty satisfied with them until I started unpacking things/moving furniture around. I found that some of my items had been slightly damaged. I also had an inkling that there was a box or two missing. I did email her telling her that I had some concerns but never followed up on it because I did not want to nitpick about small things. I understand that during moving, sometimes things can get damaged. Shame on me and I'll tell you why. Christmas rolls around and I go down to my storage to get my brand new Christmas tree. It was a gift from my mom. The box wasn't there. Obviously it was a huge box so there's no way I could have missed it. Clearly it was either misplaced or stolen during moving. I called the company and the owners wife told me that she could send her "help me look for the box". As if I was incapable of finding a huge 7.5 ft Christmas tree in a tiny storage unit. I told her that I would like her to look into it and I had to basically send message after message for her to follow up. She then called the movers and they told her that they remembered bringing this box and putting it in the storage unit. That's impossible because nothing was put in the storage unit when we moved there. My husband physically had to take things down himself. Which means the box never made it to our apartment. She then had one of the movers call me and he told me that he honestly couldn't remember what had happened. Later in the conversation he admitted that he didn't remember bringing a Christmas tree there. Either way, I don't expect somebody to remember anything that far back. I told her that because I should have addressed it specifically after my initial email that I would accept some responsibility and asked if she would reimburse at least half for the tree. She ignored me continuously and never even had the decency to return my phone call or text message.

      Initially when I had booked this company they did not show up on time and to better accommodate THEIR schedule, I allowed them to come to my home an hour and a half earlier. Goes to show you being nice and trying to see the best in people is not the way to go. I own a small business and I WOULDN'T dare conduct myself or my services this way. SHAME ON YOU.
