My Termite Company

I had an inspection scheduled with a 3 hour window and they didn't show up. Not even a phone call. Unprofessional and wasted my time. This signifies the level of care and concern they truly have for a customer is only at their convenience. They probably cut corners in their work as well. Meanwhile every other company is blowing up my phone and responding to me promptly. Needless to say my interaction with them is done and I'm sure there are a lot better options.

John & Jimmy from My Termite did a great job! Jim was very knowledgeable about types of termites and which kind we had. They filled holes and plugged them up. I'm extremely satisfied. Excellent service.

Totally inadequate and unreliable inspector. Missed major items that needing attention did not concern him. Then the scramble to be forced to do repairs. My kindness was definently taken for being weak.
They claim to be "local".
Not to my area anyways.

So impressed with everyone I interacted with at My Termite Company. I called many places and even had multiple quotes but it was very easy to see they had the best customer service. Everything was completed fast and on time. I will recommend to everyone. Thanks for caring about your work and customers.

I've been working with this company for a few years and they did the job just fine. We normally dealt with Jim (inspector) over the years and he kept changing his policies for inspections. Inspections were free and then charged for them . We dealt with it but then he went back to doing free inspections and then again started to charge for inspections but now this time he asks for payment upfront before doing anything . Our clients were left hanging and made us look bad because inspector decided to not go for not getting paid upfront for an inspection. It's very unprofessional and would not hire them again. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay before any work is done or not show up to your appointments. I would consider hiring inspectors who will provide better service than that if I owned this company .

I had 5 companies come out as I thought the job would be very expensive. This company was the only one that thought the problem was termites when it was actually dry rot. I went with someone else and then they started hounding me for a $35 "inspection charge". There are plenty of companies that are more knowledgeable and wont charge you $35 so just google the others and use them instead.

We used my termite company for inspections and treatment on both the house we sold and the new house we bought. Incredibly responsive, honest, and great to work with. They were very flexible to our schedule and helped fix a few things very quickly for a sale schedule. The owner, Wendy, is easy to reach and communicates with you herself if there are any questions. She even had a worker in the area stop by day-of to treat another area no questions asked when I gave them a call. Lee is a really genuine and honest inspector and goes the extra mile to explain things. Great experience overall and would highly recommend using them for termite needs.

The technician Jon seems to know his stuff. I had two isolated areas of issue and it appears that he handled them well. I am keeping my eye on those areas and will update my review as needed.

had a small issue with some drywall termites. called my termite company and was given an appt for the following week (during covid, they're busy, i get it).

the tech was on time, inspection took only a couple of minutes, price was agreed upon and the tech got to work!

he wore gloves and mask and kept his distance. all in all, a professional and pain free experience.

This review is based on my experience with the initial inspection by Lee and my observation of the work done. I was having preventive treatment done to avoid an infestation. The work was done in a very thorough manner and although my estimate did not include some areas they treated them anyway. The soil was carefully put back including pavers etc. They even treated some lumber for a deck I'm about to build. Everyone was very nice. The price to treat two homes was pretty fair and if you compare apples to apples I'd rather give my money to a mom and pop small business then to one of the big time companies. Communication could have been a tad better about when the guys were coming and when they were leaving and they could have locked up but that's a minor thing.
