Nail Bar On Bay

This was my first visit here after hearing it's a step up from the usual.
I liked the atmosphere and especially the fact that I couldn't smell fumes which I usually do in other salons. The owner greeted us and was polite and friendly throughout our visit. I did NOT like the pedicurist I had, though. She was not friendly, almost rude in demeanor. She assumed I knew what to do at all times. Everyone does differently every time, so I wasn't exactly sure her routine. I really could've used more guidance--or ANY! But, then she might have to help or speak to me! (not a fan!)
I was trying to figure out the massage settings when she got irritated with me because my foot was vibrating from it; she snapped it out of my hand and changed to a different massage style. GEEZ! Then, because I have shorter legs than most (I'm 4'11".), the chair did not scoot me up enough; so, she had my slump down in the seat so my feet would rest on the cushion while she worked on them. Needless to say, this was quite uncomfortable.
I'll go again for the ambience but NOT have her EVER AGAIN!

Three of us went to get our nails done on our vacation and we're all very disappointed. For the gel manicure they cut half my nails off after I requested not touching the shape and are uneven. As well as they got polish all over my cuticles as week. For the classic manicure they proceeded to use their own nails to push back her cuticles instead of the tools the salon has. As for the acrylic full set, she pointed out how they weren't even after she first shaped them and after going back and reshaping they still weren't correct. Once she corrected then she said it was because of the shape of her nails. The place is clean and cute but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. The women working at the front desk was lovely but the rest of the staff wasn't very kind.

Asked for acrylics and was talked into dip nails instead she said they were "less toxic" which dip nails are just acrylic powder...but not only that she said that dip was $55 and acrylic was $65. I left paying $65 anyways because they charge extra for shaping and later looked on the website to find out I was deceived, acrylics on their website are only $35. So be careful on what they are charging you and don't be deceived like me!

First visit, and it won't be the last. This nail salon is a relative newcomer to the local mani/pedi arena, so most everything is designed with the latest and newest trends. The space was super clean and inviting. Crystals and wall murals added to the decor. The staff were friendly, attentive and they offered us a mini menu of complimentary refreshments. I did not activate my massage chair, but my husband did and he said it was much better than previous ones he experienced. My technician "Tom" was meticulous and the multitude of leg and foot massages included in the hot stone pedicure he gave me rocked. Their prices are in line with most other places offering the same services, but their Main Street location (vs a strip mall) just gave it an added touch of elegance. It was also enjoyable to be able to look out onto the street and see all the activity and people strolling by the shops and restaurants. Even though the salon was busy during our Sunday visit, Tom took his time. He was more concerned about getting the job done right and making me happy, than turning over clients, (which unfortunately has become the norm in some places). No question, I will return and Tom will be my technician of choice!

I'm really happy with nail bar! The salon was super clean and smelled great. I'm very particular about my nails and Jenny did a fabulous job. I got dip powder with tips - The coffin shape was perfect, not too thick and very even. I will be back to see her!

Best salon I've been to in years. I travel for a living it's hard to find top notch quality nail bars/salons on a whim. Clean, over the top customer service and nails for perfection. I definitely made sure to go back again while I was in town.

I have been to this salon twice. I went back thinking maybe I just got a rude nail tech. Both times I got a pedicure with polish instead of gel. Both times I got kicked out of the chair IMMEDIATELY following my service with WET NAILS! The kicker is that they had dozens of empty chairs! My nails smeared both times. Clearly they only want gel customers. Clearly I won't be back.

Beautiful salon, with very kind, detailed, efficient technicians. I accidentally bumped my nail and the technician noticed before I did and gladly redid the nail in less than 2 minutes. They do a fantastic job. Not to mention the prices are very fair. Will come back again!

I had a really pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating. Salon itself smelled amazing and was super clean. I love how their check in process is on a tablet when you walk in which makes it super simple! I got a basic gel manicure and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish. There wasn't a long wait and I got in a few minutes before my appointment time.

Awesome experience! I'm in town visiting and I walked in on a whim and had an excellent pedicure that was quick and refreshing.
