Nail Care Paradise, a pampering escape for you!
I discovered this paradise by chance and have been a regular client ever since. After a disappointing experience elsewhere that resulted in a bad pedicure, I found solace at Nail Care Paradise.
Upon my arrival at this modern location, I could tell that a luxurious pampering experience awaited. As I entered this modern oasis, I immediately felt like I had discovered paradise! The friendly staff, nice ambiance, and extensive range of acrylics, gels, and polishes made my experience truly delightful.
Nail Care Paradise boasts a variety of offerings , including brow waxing, lash extensions, various manicures, nail art, and over 6 indulgent pedicures. They excel in offering a wide variety of services, all delivered with excellence.
I have had the privilege of enjoying numerous services at Nail Care Paradise, including their luxurious smoothing pedicures with a jelly add-on, a truly indulgent treat for the feet. Another favorite of mine is the polish change with acrylic on my toes, along with services like soak-offs and polish changes.
Being particular about my feet, I am pleased to say that Laura and Lynn do an outstanding job! Laura, in particular, is exceptional and efficient, making her my top choice. Thanks to Laura and Nail Care Paradise, my feet are always ready for summer, no matter the season.
No need to search for paradise, I've discovered it for you! When you're prepared to elevate your self-care routine, schedule your retreat at Nail Care Paradise!

This is my go to spot! I'm so picky when it comes to my pedicures!
Dalena is so amazing and gets me right EVERY time I come in for a pedicure! She's gentle, she takes her time and does such an amazing job. Great customer service she's such a sweetie.
Every time I come in greeted and helped right away.
The salon is always clean. I'm so happy I stumbled across them! My faves!

Worst experience of my life! I ran to my car crying. The pedicure lady made both of my feet bleed. Showed very little remorse, however I was still charged for a mediocre manicure. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Just moved to area and this was the closest nail salon. Tried them today for SNS mani and pedicure. I made an appt and was started on the pedi right away. The overall job was good, but tech put on a gel topcoat instead of regular and I realized once I got home the polish was still wet! I googled how to dry without UV light and put my feet in ice cold water for a few minutes. This helped, but polish is dull and one toe has a dent. I'm going out of town in the morning, otherwise I would go back for them to fix.
The SNS mani was ok, but the lady who took care of me must've been the owner because she was answering the phone and helping customers as they came into the shop. I also had to wait 30+ minutes for her after my pedi. I paid extra to have my cuticles done and she used nippers and pusher stick from a box that were not sanitized and didn't dip them in alcohol or barbacide. They also don't wrap your nails individually to remove the old SNS, instead have you soak your fingers in acetone which is very drying for the cuticles! they charge $5 for the removal which would be fine if they wrapped them first.
I will have to keep trying other nail salons in the area to find one I can be a loyal customer.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - Roberte L.San Jose, CA45Aug 6, 2023
I am new to Charlotte, I am not a fan of writing reviews. But this establishment is bold. I have been waiting for about an hour to get a manicure color change. The Asian lady told me 45 min. Several people went ahead of me. At least three. Even one of the ladies was shocked. I Can't help but to think color is a factor. To all my ladies of color do not spend time or money on any establishment who doesn't value you as a customer.

This place is awful. The entire time I was there fruit flies were flying all over me and after less than two days my polish is coming off.

Don't go here. Only a few ppl are good techs. Everyone else is older, can't paint, can't see and over charge. Not offense to older people but if the skill ain't there do t charge me for it. The only person that did good SNS was Amy and she was so rushed helping others because no one else could answer questions. Charge me $50 for a Diane SNS job. I was never offered a drink like patrons of another color. Just don't waste your time and money for a 1 star job

Don't. They list $40 for a gel fill. Nail tech could not speak goodEnglish, so she did not disclose a nail cut would add an extra 10. I have never paid a total of $60 for a basic fill in my life (included tip). Nothing special and not worth it. Go elsewhere.

The worst pedicure I've ever had. Rushed, didn't polish but rather dropped blobs of polish on my toes. No base coat applied. 12 minutes from sitting down to the dryer and this included her cleaning the tub DURING my service. Got home and took a closer look and she didn't even paint the entire nail. The only positive was they started my appt on time. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

This is my second and last time going here. First, let me start off by saying Lynn was the only one who knew what she was doing. I'm glad she was there the other two ladies Tina and Lauren are HORRIBLE!!! Ms. Tina is co-owner with her daughter who was not there today. She started my pedicure but said she could not polish my toes until after I got my SNS fill-in. This doesn't make sense if you are already doing my pedicure why not finish me and then I go to the next person who knows how to do the SNS. The back and forth was ridiculous. Tina then tells Lauren to polish me, this apparently made Lauren mad as she was trying to figure out herself what Tina was asking her to finish. They had some words that did not appear to be nice between the 2 of them in front of me (very unprofessional). There was a young African American girl working there. Ms. Tina was so busy watching every move the girl made, she kept stopping during my pedicure. This was the worst I've seen. After waiting on Lynn to finish her client she polished my nails and finished my gel fill-in. I told her about my experience she was very nice and apologized. They also tried to charge me $5.00 to shape my nails. WTH? I will NOT be back.
