I had my nails done here if you weeks ago by Mike, and he was just amazing! I love how he pay so much attention to the details Texas time and does a really great job. I would definitely be returning to get my nails done again soon! He is located aldo at Nail Retreat after December.

My favorite nail salon for 5+ years now! They have always had high standards for sanitization with their tools and pedi tubs. Kim is responsive and has a great team

The best dip powder and deluxe therapeutic pedi EVER! Kimberly is my absolute favorite but you can't go wrong with anyone at this Salon.
I suggest appointments however walk-ins are always welcome.
Extremely clean always cool so wear a sweater!

For years I got my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks doing dipping powder and not once have I been charged an extra $10 take my nails. After paying a use the restroom and before I left, I was asked for an extra $10 and that I miss paid. Normally $55 every place I've gone. Though, for the most part, my nails look good the under the nails were very dirty and clumpy filled with powder and I did not like how my nails were removed traditionally, they've always been soaked off and not pulled offI feel like that damages the nails and the nail beds I have natural nails, and never do acrylics.

Gouging me for an extra $10 after I've already paid it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced .

Kevin did my dip nails. I work in a salon, mostly doing hair, but I started 25 years ago as a nail tech. I've done hundred of sets of acrylic nails, gel
Polish, manicures, pedicures.
He is meticulous in his work. He completely removed my previous dip, and replaced exactly what I wanted. Super nice, very professional, very clean salon, and my nails are exactly what I wanted.
I even called to tell them how happy I was. I don't do that.
Very very happy.

Treated myself to a basic, au naturel mani/pedi. Cost me a cool $100, tip included. No polish, just pure disappointment as my nails went from fab to drab. Technician clearly missed the memo on nail magic. Not their fault, blame the owner! Do better. It's not fair to your customers or your untrained techs. Still waiting for my nails to recover - gonna take forever! Absolutely shocking.

My second time here. I am not much of a getting my nails done person, but this is a nice place to come when the mood strikes!

Hannah and Kai have both done my pedicures and equally amazing job They work hard here and do a great job at keeping everything clean. Love the chairs and liners they use to ensue cleanliness

I've been coming to the Nail Chateau for at least seven years and I've never had a bad experience. Kim, the owner is always so sweet and it's always great about getting me on the schedule or fitting me in. I just had my first manicure from Trisha, and she was fantastic, very kind and personable and speaks great English. Cindi gave me a terrific pedicure, it looks flawless. She is also very sweet and has super strong hands which I love. One of the best leg/ foot massagers I've had in a long time. One of the main reasons I continue to come back here over other nail salons in this area is because the energy is good, and I've never got an infection or anything like that. You can tell they're sanitization and disinfection protocols are wired tight and I trust they will always do a good job and take care of me.

I needed a pedicure bad and like usual last minute.
I just moved to EDH and went to 3 nail salons and got turned away before calling this one. The gentleman that did my pedicure (I didn't get his name) he did a wonderful job! Massage was amazing! He didn't judge my calloused feet and was nice. The place is clean and beautiful. While I was in the salon I was overhearing conversations and when did we as a society start talking to any service provider like entitled assholes? There was a woman next to me who came in and was very particular and just was short and quick and unclear about what she wanted but quick to snap at the girl trying to help her read her mind.
Then I went to check out and some woman was fighting about an up charge to get her gel polish removed.. People!! Be better, these people pay high rent and it costs a lot to run a business and dealing with some people who are miserable is unbearable. Would you talk to your friend like that? A stranger even? I swear people have lost touch and it shows.
Treat people better and these people aren't working for free.. so what your nail polish chipped Karen! Go do your research and find someone who does a better job! Quit berating people because you want a free service and don't want to change where you are going.
