I was in the area and needed a pedicure! I was able to walk in without an appointment which was great! However, this was the fastest pedicure I've ever gotten, start to finish was about 12 minutes for a $35.00 pedicure. No massage. On the up side, walks in's are available!

Super quick soak and polish with a very short massage for $35. She also argued with me when I said the polish looked old and said she'd do two or three coats. And when I asked her to please do more work on my ingrown toenail she told me I need to see my doctor for that.

Not a pampering experience. More like frustrating.

Went to get eyebrows waxed and she burnt me and left them uneven didn't even wax properly. A waste of money.

Wish I could honestly give zero stars but that's not an option. The first thing you should know is the place is filthy, like honestly don't know how it's still passing code dirty. The only reason my mother comes here and brings me from time to time because it's quick. However that isn't the case anymore. Second, most of the staff should not be doing nails or definitely not charging for them. Leading to my third point, they say make an appointment but that won't work either, they'll take a walk in and tell you they'll be done quick like you aren't paying them for your time. Will never be back and will hopefully get my mom out of this place.

I went there 6/6/2023 and had bad service... my pedicure was rushed and my nail tech was coughing and didn't cover her mouth while preparing my nails - station 7.. unsanitary conditions....

Please READ REVIEWS before going to this place! I walked in for an eyebrow wax they prompt me to the back had me sat down next to an employee who was having lunch right next to the waxing chair. I'd think they'd move me to the empty room right in front of me for some privacy or Have the employee eat in a different area but no. She proceeded to doing my eyebrows right there took less than 5mins didn't really take her time to clean up well she was more like rushing not sure why for it was very empty. But it makes sense due to their poor service.

I've been to this salon several times. I usually come on Tuesdays and frequent them in the spring and through the summer months. I'm usually serviced by an older lady who does not have a very steady hand but she is kind and engaging. She also does not seem to be annoyed when you give her slight direction and make small request. She seems to be thorough and methodical and does not rush you. Well on this particular visit she was busy. The head person is cool but a bit snappy and somewhat aggressive. Always seems flustered. I always opt for just the regular pedi because well, the deluxe pkg just does not seem to offer much more. They honestly never asked me if I would consider a deluxe and appear to be annoyed when you inquire about the cost of services. Yesterday, I walked in was not greeted and finally told to sit in any chair to wait for service only to be moved once I got comfortable. Then, ok silly me asked for deluxe pedi service. Why? Well, I wanted to see the difference. I was sat beside a gentle being serviced by the "manager" I watched her engage him and speak to him softly and kindly and even initiate conversation. My service provider seemed annoyed that I took a brief call from my husband even after I whispered, I'm sorry would you excuse me for a sec. She run the water (never gave me the conditioning blue powder treatment and as soon as I sat she began the service. I kindly asked if i could let me feet soak for at least 3 minutes. I began to initiate conversation and smile through my irritation and the remainder of the service was just okay. But at $35 to $55 for 30 minutes of service, it's going to be a no for me. I don't expect more but I do expect, consistency and to be treated pleasantly and not rushed. Imma be painting my own nails from not on. My polish is not even smooth! I'm done!

Justine is AMAZING! I've been coming here for 5 years now and she is always my go-to! I've gotten countless manicures and pedicures. Different lengths, shapes, styles, colors and designs. She's outstanding every time. I get so many compliments on my nails and I always tell people to go see Justine!

I'll start off by saying I will not be going back here. I went in and asked for an acrylic gel fill. I was taken care of right away which was nice but that's the only nice thing. The lady who did my nails rushed them completely. Not to mention cut up four of my nails. I asked her to cut them down a little bit and she pretty much cut the whole top of the nail off. When she was shaping my nails they were very uneven! When I mentioned it to her she got an attitude with me. I left the salon with my nails uneven and extremely short. Do not recommend this place for acrylics.

I'm revisiting this review 5 hours after I got my nails done and some of them already broke and the paint is coming off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible selection of gel colors. The older nail tech in the back did my nails. She was sweet but clearly inexperienced and they knew it. A few of the nail tech walked by looking at her while she was working on my nails. I had to ask her to refile/reahape my nails as the shapes were all different. My nails were shaped perfectly upon coming in now I regret asking her to cut them down. Paint job was sloppy and over my cuticles. She attempted to clean it up but she did not do a good job. I definitely will not return.
