I always receive great service here - from Pedi to waxing. The staff is very attentive and seems to be the same people working here for a while as I recognized and know most of their names now.
I enjoyed a pedi with a beautiful coral bright color it still looks great two weeks later. They Massage my legs and feet - always feels amazing. I love watching tv and taking about what is on the tv with the nail technician. Always a good time Here...

Hands down one of the most friendliest and welcoming nail places I've been to. Tina, the owner, is my go to every time I get my nails done. Never a bad experience and I will continue to come here until the day she retires (:

The owner lacks customer service. it took two people to paint my nails and i still have air bubbles trapped under the top coat. she didn't even get to the base of my nail with the acrylic powder. basically, if you're not a regular customer they can care less - primarily the owner. I got regular polish because my gut said coming back here would be a mistake and paying $40 for a gel refill wouldn't be worth it and I was right. It really shows your technique abilities if you can't paint with regular polish. Ive been here before and i was hoping it would be better the 3rd time around and I like to give people a chance of redemption but no. it's like if you get regular polish or you're not a regular customer they don't care. FYI, i've never done a yelp review but this was necessary. This was the worst nail experience of my life.

I emphasis to people to critique their nail tech so they can improve on giving their clients what they want to their beer ability, but the owner simply can care less.

Love this place. Jessi always takes care of me! She does a perfect pedicure and manicure, regular or gel. (And her nail designs are on point!) She is the ONLY one I let do mine or my daughter's eyebrows as well. I definitely recommend seeing Jessi. They are fairly priced and with Jessi you always get the same great quality, results and care. You can call ahead to make your appointment.

I've been going here for about four years, and I love it! I typically get my nails done by Tina and she does a FANTASTIC job! The nails always last a while, and she always has great conversation. I've also gotten my nails done by Trinh and Jennifer too, and they're always prompt and helpful as well! I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done!

I've only visited this salon 2x. My first experience wasnt too bad. I got a pedicure and sns nail set. I do not like using the UV light so this is a nice option for me. However the first time I was there, the tech proceeded to complete my nail set with a gel top coat and the UV light. I assumed this is how they do it. But heard it actually can be done without the UV light. At least it lasted almost 3 weeks. I decided to give them another chance.

I came again and I believe that my nails were completed by the owner.... my nails were rushed and it seemed like a step was missed. In the end my nails looked good and the UV light wasn't used. That was a plus. However, it's been a week and a majority of my nails are cracked. I paid 90 bucks plus tip on a sns mani and pedi, just for my nails to be ruined a week later. I'm not going to bother coming back. I will have to make time this week to redo my nails at another establishment and just shell out this cash. This is pretty ridiculous....

I came to this nail salon because it was close to my house and I recently moved back in the area and I've been trying to find a new nail salon i was serviced by the owner. When I walked in I was the only guest and it was mid day which should have been a sign. I used to go there in middle school so I figured it was somewhat familiar. She takes off my old set but not soaking but clipping them off it's been years since anyone's done this and makes me bleed! I haven't had someone make me bleed in years and I had recently stopped my blood thinners so this should have been a red flag but I stayed. I started off telling her I wanted marble nails, she does the shape and it was literally horrible. I bring back up the marble and she said it was too late she had already begun but when I originally asked she said she could do something like it. I just figured she might have had another way to do marble i obviously knew she skipped a step. Then I tell her let's just do a triangle type of French tip and her attempt was so lazy. Like she didn't even care at this point I'm getting frustrated guiding her through the shaping telling the paint looks bad she calls over another employee who does a better job but still not good. I pay $75 for the nails $25 for my toes. I call when I make it to my next destination and tell her I had to leave but I was not happy with my nails and I'd be back tomorrow to fix them. I arrive and tell her I'm not happy with the shape or the polish and she becomes combative and rude. The shape was very uneven the paint was horrible like literally horrible she said I had left the day before and said they were ok I explained I had another appointment and started listing the things I didn't like

So I just get the nails clear and they are still horrible I've been tryna shape them myself. I just don't understand how you can Run a business and send clients out looking like anything.

I will start by saying I'm not a regular at this nail salon. But you best believe I'll never be one. I'm not sure if Tina the owner was all there or not but she completely botched my nails. Now secondly, there was Absolutely no one in the store when I arrived so there was no urgency. But for whatever reason she was in a rush for me to get out of her store I came in with 1 broken nail and a previous full set. I'm not quite sure why she made my nails humongous but I explained to her that I wish to keep the same nail shape that I had previously. Not only did she mess up on my shape but I specifically asked for a design when I got there. She told me she could not do it and none of her staff could. But when I turned around I spotted one of her staff with the same design that I just requested. Once she saw my face in disgust she then replied "oh no, she got her nails done by someone else" I said "right" mind you I asked for a basic chrome with diamonds. When she was complete with my nails I was completely dissatisfied I know my face could tell it all but Tina didn't seem to care at all. At that point I knew I would be back to fix my nails just hopefully not her. When I return the next day I explain to Tina that I did not like my nails whatsoever and that I would like the shape to be redone I asked her to do it on a day again when she had time to focus. She insisted she had time then even though she was fixing another patrons nails. Upon reviewing all of these details I told myself that I would not only make a review but also I would ensure that no one had to go through what I went through including the girl sitting in the chair right in front of me. Not to mention it only took ONE day before the GEL paint would peel off of my thumb nail. Never again....
