Nail Palazzo

Trish is the best for a pink and white French set. I am extremely picky about length color etc and she always goes above and beyond to make them exactly how I like. She even whipped up a new pink color for me to make sure I got what I wanted. I haven't been able to get my nails done in 5.5 weeks due to coronavirus and my nails still aren't lifting!!! At this point I'm not sure how I'm gonna even get them off!!! Lol

i was super overcharged on a fill! i spent $90 on simple acrylic nails that broke in a week. never coming back.

i really recommend getting the lady bug deign it is so good they were really nice and provided great quality five stars for sure!

I got a gift card for this place. Yea it was 40 min away, but man it was well worth it. I got a pedicure and my nail lady's name was Mary. Girls, let me tell you. My Deluxe pedicure(the best seriously) lasted about 2 hrs. Mary was soooo detailed. I not once in my life has anyone take their time as much as she did. The massage was phenomenal. I just can go on and on. But seriously check this place out. I went when it wasn't busy.
Thanks Mary! I will be back(even with a 40 min drive).

Ryan did my nails and I am very please with them. I have never been so happy with my nails. The whole time he made sure they were the way and shape I wanted them. I highly suggest going to Ryan at Nail Palazzo!!

Probably a good spot if you just want basic and simple gel nails. I've waited to leave a review because I wanted to love my nails, for a $100... you better love your nails. I made my appointment the previous week, when I went in they sat me at a males desk. He looked at what I wanted got the colors then asked me if I wanted them just like the picture, when I told him yes he told me he couldn't do them and will have to find somebody else. They moved me two times after that. I ended up at Lisa's station. My nails don't look like the picture, they're not all the same length. She made them super thin even after I asked for her to make them a little thicker and they're super flat. It's been 2 weeks to the day and they're already popping off. I definitely won't be going back here! Also, when paying at the front... they're doing some shady stuff. They asked me if I was paying cash when I told him card he kept insisting that I payed Venmo. I tried opening my Venmo and had to login and stuff he told me they would wait. Once I got logged in and scanned they're QR code he kept telling me just to put "thank you" in there for reason of payment... "No nothing about nail " thought that was weird. My account was frozen so I ended up paying with card like o would have liked from the beginning!

So I came here yesterday to get a full set. The service was great and everyone was really nice! I've been here before and I really liked their work. The guy who did my nails was also very nice, but my nails did not turn out the way I wanted them to. It already looks like I need a fill and I just got them done YESTERDAY!! And some of them are crooked and not the same length. I'm really upset because I enjoyed this place. The ambiance, the service. But I will not be coming back here /: spent 45 dollars for a mediocre job!!

I've been coming here for a couple months now and Ryan always does my nails. All of the staff here are very nice and friendly. I've received several services here such as eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions, pedicures etc and I always leave satisified.

This salon is hands down the best nail salon in Folsom. Since I've been going there I found my favorite nail lady. If you are planning on going to Nail Palazzo, call and make an appointment with Kim. Kim is my all time favorite nail technician. She always gets the nails right every time. All the staff is super friendly, supplies and tables are very sanitary, and overall a great atmosphere. These pictures are only 2 of the many amazing sets of nails I've had done from Nail Palazzo, but all of them have been perfect!

Ever time I go in there David in the front is very nice and gets you set up with someone very fast. I've had a few gel manicures and pedicure here and have been happy every time. The price is a little on the higher side, but you get the best gel polish that lasts. My French manicure lasted 3 weeks! Ask for Mimi she is the best! :)
