I have been a customer for years. I will not be returning due to the salon not sterilizing their instruments. I have had a toe infection and several boughts of fungus around my fingernails. I am currently dealing with having to put fungal medication on the skin next to my cuticle on my thumb. The problem is with the bits that are put on the electric handpiece. One time, a manicurist was standing next to my manicurist filing here own nails right before my manicurist used the same bit on my nails. The manicurist nails looked terrible (fungus?) and later I ended up with a fungal infection. Not only unprofessional, but the instrument was definitely not sterized or cleaned before using on me. I am sad to go but just can't deal with this anymore. I could end up with something worst (Hepatitis or ?) I hope the salon changes their

Back in town for work today, for the first time in a few months. I wanted to see Jay. He was busy, understandably so.

Nina, the owner is so rude. She was rude the first time, badgering me. She's still rude.

I asked if Jay was available at 5pm, because it said they were closed at 6pm. She turns to me and says. "What?! You can't wait for 30 mins?!" ...Not sure where she got that audacity.

I explained I was in the middle of a work day. She then suddenly says she was closed at 5 today.

This review is based on solely on my experiences over the past five months with a single technician, Niky.

She has completely reversed my many years of ingrown toenails. I tried watching videos, several expensive implements and even a chat with my physician and no help. Now no more pain and I can wear sandals again!

The shop is very nice, large and well located in Folsom Palladio. ASK FOR NIKY!

I went to this nail place with the recommendation of my Aunt. I went and got a pedicure. No line was sat right aways. Just walking in, I can tell how modern this place is and the the lounge area had a nice couch to sit on. Just looked very new and fancy type of nail salon. Big place and plenty of tables and employees to accommodate the customers. I got a woman named Diane! She was really nice. She did a nice and firm massage, those are my favorite!! I told her that her massage was nice and firm and she took her time. Did a white gel nailpolish for this hot summer! Great experience and great pedicure! Nice location also since it was in the Palladio, did a little shopping after by foot :) definitely recommend Diane for pedi and will be going back again!

Love Nail palazzo and Tracy is meticulous in her art...I bring my husband with me and we tandem toes ( pedicures) which he totally enjoys!!!

I LOVE Nail Palazzo! I always get my nails done by Vivian and my mother-in-law gets hers done by Diane. We are always so pleased. We love how friendly and detailed they are. They really care about how our nails look and always ask if we like them at different stages of trimming, shaping, and putting color on them. Vivian is very gentle and takes her time so I always end up loving my nails!

I have been going to this place for years ! Most recently I have been getting the worst dip manicures , but I thought ok I will give it one more shot , well it was the worst one ever and I was forced to return to have the over polish removed from my skin and the owner Nina didn't care or the nail tech I was more of a burden. I didn't ask for a refund or anything. But I will not be back and found a great place that does consistently good nails.

This place doesn't care about its customers or the quality of service. Very sad.

I have been getting service here for years. All good, no complaints! However it's time to clean up the place. The dead pond aquarium needs to go. And dust the light fixtures please.

Selena is your girl!!! This is the third dip I have had over the last three months. Selena is consistent, meticulous, and a delightful gal. Go see her, you'll never see anyone else again!
