I'm so happy with my nails! My old tech of 6 years from another location is no longer working so it forced me to shop for another tech. After reading a few reviews nearby my location, I found Abby! Amazing job in my nails. Thank you so much, Abby! :) Ask for almond-shaped nails if you get inspired by mine!

Overall, I really liked this salon. I've been to several places around Gainesville. And most of them are not good and I always feel rushed. I did feel a little slighted because the person next to me started before me but finished after me. However, this place is pretty good and seemed very friendly.

I had Andy for my pedicure. Although, he's not the best in my experience he's decent enough. Pros: decent massage (because it wasn't 2 seconds long like most places) but, I would recommend to ensure the customer's legs and feet are in a more relaxed position when massaging. He's a good painter, and he shapes the nail beds nicely. Cons: I do like my nail bed to have more attention with smoothing and getting that skin off around it. Trust me, I know the difference between a great job and mediocre job. He was in between that.

I do have to mention the person next to me had Ivy. Just by watching her out of my peripheral, I could tell she was much better. Seems to give an excellent massage too.

One thing that bothered me was no one asked if I wanted a water like they did for the other customers. I mention this for learning purposes. You must treat everyone the same. So hopefully that was just an oversight.

I would definitely recommend this place. I will probably request someone else the next time though. The front guy was really nice but I didn't catch his name.

I did knick my toe on the way out so I was very sad.

Always a satisfied customer! The nail technician do a great job y'all !! The nail salon is quiet, very relaxing and the staff seems very pleasant. The prices are very reasonable.

Worst. I made an appointment but when we got there we still had to wait. Not too bad except when they finally came to get us they filled my water and let my daughter sit for a while with a dirty area . I went to the bathroom...disgusting and dirty. The lady who did my pedi had a extremely dirty station that she did nothing to fix. In fact, I didn't realize until she was part way through my pedi that she didn't even open a new clean pack of tools and used the tools and towels she already had there. She rushed through my pedi missing some ingrowns. The guy who finally did my daughters pedi did a good job but kept having to leave to answer the phone and check people out so I had to wait for her to be done for a while. After a few minutes the lady that did my pedi threw what (from experience) was supposed to be a warm towel on my legs (I was completely done by then) but was freezing cold...then just left it there for about 10 mins while she looked at her phone. To add insult to injury she used the same tools and towels on the next persons AND yelled at me when I tried to put my daughters shoes on to leave saying it wasn't long enough and I needed to sit down. Horrible experience and I will never go back. See photo for her nasty statin and the tools she used on me which she threw on the floor and then used AGAIN. Yes I've soaked my feet in peroxide.

Tanya did an amazing job with my gel manicure. I have been a client for years and recommend the technicians that have been there for years like Tanya, Mimi, Tina and Iris.

My sister and I decided to get our nails done right before our trip and Nail Salon & Spa were able to accommodate us. I need to go back and get the name of the person who did my nails because she did suchhhh a great job with my nails. She was very attentive with placing the acrylic, shaping my nails, and following my desired nail design! 10/10 would recommend.

The few times I've visited this salon, I'm blown away by the staff attitudes. I will not be returning. The most recent time, I called ahead and showed up at the time they said they could fit in removing my powder manicure. I showed up on time but they asked me to wait. I'm sure they forgot about me because when I got up to stretch my legs and appear in their line of vision, they called me right over. The lady sanded my nails so aggressively that I still have grooves in my nails a month later! See picture. She sanded, then soaked in acetone, then kept reminding me that I was soaking them the wrong way (prompting me to ask her to demonstrate instead of continuing to be condescending), then sanded off the remaining sns because she was in a hurry. The sander must have been too powerful. I was reading that this can cause infections - so dangerous!

Wow! First off, the staff is beyond friendly, I have never been to a nail salon and had such a warm welcoming.
My family booked 4 appointments at 6pm on a Friday night. They didn't rush us, offered us drinks numerous times.
I had asked for a Pinterest nail design with glitter and they made it happen. Not only that but what I would normally pay at my old salon ($60) for something similar only costed me $30!!!! I will be back time and time again. Cannot recommend enough!

I really wish Yelp allowed half stars because if so I would give this business 3.5 stars. Let me start off by saying most of the staff in here are fabulous. From my first visit them seemed to really listen to my wishes and make sure I was satisfied. I typically get the SNS or gel manicure and each time the application is done flawlessly (no cuts, which is very important to me).

So why the three star rating? Unfortunately each time (except for once) that I've gotten my nails done they have lasted les than a week before they start to chip and crack. I pay extra for SNS and gel in order for them to last longer, so having them chip (especially my SNS) by day four is very annoying. What makes matters worse is that they're policy only covers chips that happens in the first 24 hours.

Overall there customer service is phenomenal, but unfortunately I have not been satisfied with the long term wear of my manicures.
