First time here. Came here for a quick nail repair of one broken nail. The man who repaired my broken nail was quick and efficient, but not very personable or friendly.

The location is convenient and the inside is clean and decorated nice.

I was disappointed at the variety of polishes. The were no bright orange, bright pink, or any other bright colors. They also have extremely limited choices of glitter polish (literally only a couple choices - - both were silver/white speckles).

Their price board shows nail fix $4, but the guy charged me $5. And, luckily I had cash on me, because they charge a surcharge if you pay with a credit card (many nail shops do this, so I wasn't surprised, no big deal).

I have been going for almost 10 years now the service is great and people are friendly I definitely recommend this place !!

Very annoyed Today. I have been going on and off while in town for years. Sometimes a great service sometimes awful. The price always fluctuates. Today however I paid 30 for an eyebrow tint and it was my intention to book a manicure and pedicure shellac, I just said I'm done. I have never paid this much. So another customer lost.

Went here to get my lashes done because I didn't have time to get them done with the girl I originally had in mind, but still wanted to look put together. Haven't been here in YEARS. From what I remember the customer service was not good and I would feel rushed when they were doing my nails. Messed my nails up twice which led me to stop coming here. Since recently returning here they were ok but it wasn't a lot of people in here. I will say though the lashes were ok. They are $30 for regular individuals and $40 for individuals w/cat eye style. I got the cat eye style. She was pretty quick; took her about 8-10 min. I noticed she used cheap lashes and/or glue (because my right eye kept itching and I have sensitive eyes). I only had them for about 4 days and went ahead and took them off. She (Kim) was nice overall but you do get what you pay for. Consider maybe bringing your own lashes.

Came here for an SNS/dip powder manicure. The shop opened about 20 minutes late, and they have a very limited selection of sns colors (many of which have a glittery sheen - not my style). Still, the prices are reasonable so I gave them a try.

Michael was my technician, and he was very nice. He took his time filing down the finish of my nails so they'd be nice and smooth. The service, however, was listed as a manicure, and he did not shape my natural nail before getting started. He also didn't touch my cuticles. Those should be standard with a manicure in my opinion, but i guess this salon is different.

The staff was not nice, felt uncomfortable. It was obvious that customer service was not something they are focused on. The girl was so distracted, and kept huffing and puffing like she was mad. My nails did not look good, and it was a waste of time and money.

I was there with my friends and it was great, it was my first time doing acrylic and it was just perfect, the way I wanted.
I'm totally going back, the price was acceptable for the fact that their work it's great.

Tried a new place out since I couldn't see my usual lady. Stood around for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I told them I had an appointment but no one said anything. After a few more minutes I asked to see the Gel colors and was told to grab them.
First impression. Horribly rude people. I needed my nails done so I stuck around. Michael did my nails. The quality of the work was good. The problem was sanitation. I didn't see anyone opening or using sanitized tools. The tools used for my pedicure were the same tools another employee used a few minutes before that. After service was finished they were rinsed off with water and just added back to the tool box for the next person. Very dangerous habit to not sterilize your supplies. Will not be returning.
