I got a pedicure and I have dip on my nails. My regular technician was out of town. One of the male technicians did my nails. My pedicure was rushed. I got my nails/feet done at 9:15am, didn't put any closed toe shoes on until 1:30pm, when I was getting ready to go out. He put on so many coats of polish, even after all those hours it must of still been wet (attaching pics of my feet after I took my shoes off). Also, when I get my nails done, they usually do a manicure with the dip but he just did my nails, NO MANICURE but charged me the same price that I pay for my usual service (which has a manicure included). When I asked why I am being charged the same price, he gave me some around the barn excuse and never really answered my question. I paid without a tip because I was being overcharged so take your tip out of the price I should've been charged. I love my regular technician but she just lost a customer because of her coworker.

I agree with the reviews. The work is kind of sloppy and it felt so rushed... Not happy, but it's affordable!

Sarah is the best. I've been going to her since I moved to Kingstowne. She's always friendly and gets my nails done just as I like.

Got my wedding nails done here, lasted more than 2 weeks. It's been a minute since I've gone #COVID but my experience was a relaxing and safe one~

I used to go here and took a break because of Covid. I came back and even though I had an appt I was told I would be helped in 30 min and if I could come back.

I came back 30 min later and I still had to wait 25 min. I was not happy but I still needed my nails done. So after waiting the lady told me to sit and put my hands in a bowl of pure acetone. Didn't wrap my nails, pure acetone and I asked her to wrap them and she shook her head and pointed to bowl. After soaking for 10 min or so she began to file off the dip polish I had on. Totally ruining my natural nails.

There was also another customer sitting in a pedicure chair with her mask down around her neck. They do not enforce mask wearing here and it's horrible.

The quality of work is terrible here, the service is horrible, and this is a huge health risk.

Another great visit to Nailand Spa - I came in with a disaster situation aka nail 911 and she did an amazing job cleaning them up and giving me new beautiful blue nails. Thanks!

One of the nicest salons I've been to in this area! The service is far superior to other salons in this area but the prices are the same!
I've never had anyone pay so much attention to detail on a pedicure! I'll definitely be coming back to see Julie!!

First let me start with the good. It's very clean and the customer service is great. I have been having a hard time finding a nail technician that can do nails in the area and finally Miss Kim here did my nails the way like the first three times. For whatever reason my last fill in (only 5 days ago) are lumpy and look like I tried to do them myself. Because I liked the place I just simply wanted them to correct the problem. I called today at 2pm the receptionist said the manager was with a client and he would call me back, so it's 5pm no phone call. I called back and told the receptionist that let him know that I'm just going to go somewhere else to get them fixed. This shows me he simply doesn't care and that's not professional in my opinion and it's also the principle that I paid $50 total $35 for fill $5 for a repair $10 tip and my nails look like I got the student in training.

$22. For the most basic manicure. Only wanted clear polish. Won't go back. Needed a quick manicure before last minute job interview. People were ok, but should have been more like $15 for what I received.

After returning to the salon, I got a refill on acrylic and gel polish. The day after I got my nails painted, two had peeled. I went back and got them fixed free of charge and within two days, two more had peeled. Pictures are attached, with the white/pink polish. This is very disappointing as I paid $90 for a spa pedicure and this refill with gel for it to not last even a week.
