honestly, this is by far the best nail Salon in the area. I've been to other salons during the last 20 years and nothing compares to Sonny at Nailand. He consistently does a fabulous job on my nails refilling them every 2 to 3 weeks. Pedicures are also the best. He's fast, detailed, and has excellent customer service skills. and the price is perfect. So thrilled to finally have an awesome place to get my nails and toes done! Five stars.

Basic and overpriced. VERY underwhelming experience. Instruments are not packaged and when used, dropped back into the drawer. Water added to lined tub with a cap popped on for water circulation, NO disinfectant added to the water like I have seen in the past. Technician spent very little time shaping or using file. Pedicure with 10min "massage" which consists of basically rubbing in lotion on my upper femur area, no foot massage or calf, was $38. So the experience was that of a basic polish change. Will not recommend nor anticipate going back.

No, no, and more no. I am pretty sure that some of the technicians doing pedicures are not licensed legitimately.

I believe I had the receptionist do my gel pedicure because they were busy and had an absolutely terrible and PAINFUL experience. The way that she cut my nails and cuticles were extremely uncomfortable and unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 15+ years of getting pedicures. Not to mention the overall pedi looks absolutely terrible... I could've gotten my 10-year-old niece to do a better job.

It is now hours later and three of my toes hurt still and are red. I'm hoping this doesn't turn into an infection type scenario and pray that at least they are clean and sterilize their tools.

Very, very, disappointing! And to top it off, it cost me $60 not including the tip.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't know what they are doing. This photo is a week later after getting my nails done hard gel.

Robbery. Called for pricing on a basic gel color change - $30. Great! Went over, beautiful spa, no real language barrier, English was great. I confirm just a gel color change and no manicure. She tells me I have gel on my nails and need removal, nope! Haven't been to a nail salon since May. Then she tried to sell me on a pedicure, no. She then says you need a cuticle cut for the polish - ok I can believe that so she takes that off. At the end she tries to me on a nail flower design - no. Then puts a hot towel on hands out of nowhere. Go to pay and they try to charge me for a gel manicure - $40. Had a very loud disagreement at the front. I did not ask for that. I made it clear I did not want that. Also if that was a manicure it was the worst manicure bc no soaking, no lotion, no massage. $10 for a cuticle cut and a hot towel. Cool thanks. Ultimately end up paying bc what are you going to do but did not tip and will not be back. Absolutely BS.

For the first time in my life I left a manicure before it was over. I told the woman I wanted square shape of my regular nail with gel polish and when she filed them, she destroyed the sides of my nails. I saw it after the second nail and asked her to make the sides straight, not to cut into the beds. My hand was not where I could see what she was doing, but when I went to look I complained again. The third time was when I went to wash my hands and saw how bad the damage was so I just said I didn't want to continue. She was very angry and called a man over to complain that it was because I showed her a picture of acrylic nails (I didn't). I tried to show a picture of square shaped nails. Her and the man continued to cause a scene, when I merely wanted to leave. They told me I had to pay for a regular manicure even though all she did was file, and destroyed my nails at that. I paid it because I wanted very badly to leave. This woman clearly had no idea what she was doing. Please avoid this salon.

Been here for SNS 3x now -- and it's amazing. It lasts so long, and they are thin! No bubble nails! I've been so impressed by the staff, I've had 3 different techs and all did excellent work.

Tip is cash only, but they have an atm.

Really disappointed. I had been a loyal customer here for a few years and always had a great experience. I went yesterday for a gel pedicure and ended up getting my eyebrows done as well. I chose the spa organic pedicure (level 2 out of 3). The price in the booklet said less than $50. It was fine, nothing special, nothing bad. My technician seemed rushed, but it's the holiday weekend so I understood. My toes look good, no complaints.

But when I went to check out--$97.00 (without tip). I though there had been a mistake. Nope. Apparently the pedicure I chose was $60 (okay) but then because I chose gel polish it was ANOTHER $25. Really?? $25 for opi gel polish?? It's nothing special or new.

So though there was nothing wrong with the product or service, the value for the service is no where near worth it. I've been to several other locations in the area and gotten mani, pedi, and tip for $100.

I will not be returning.

Amy is amazing! I was having an awful day yesterday and she pampered me accordingly and did such a fabulous job on my nails and it was lovely talking to her as well.

They did a lovely job. Remember to bring cash for tip. I got dip nails and a gel pedicure and it looks great!
