Stopped here to try something new new. Met the owner and his wife. They were great!
I had a blueberry Pilsner & my husband had the angry cricket IPA. We both enjoyed them.

I got the dill pickle flatbread. I have NEVER had dill pickle pizza before, but I do LOVE pickles! It was soo good! I would highly recommend!

Great place to come and have a beer and relax with good food.

My husband and I have ate at Nailers 3x. yet we were shocked as we were listening to hear the owner say he wasn't in business to sell food. He only has enough food to do the state min. We just felt it was rude to be telling people this as we came to your business to eat. Then the waitress (bartender) was making fun of people for wanting water. They won't serve you water. You have to get your own. She clearly stated they are there to sell their beer. If she had it her way she take all the tables out and put couches in and you come to her. Basically, as we say at a table that is what we had to do to get service! We asked for our bill, the waitress ignored it and when I got up to go to the bar the owner acted like it was no big deal I had been waiting on my bill to pay. He was rude to us with comments. Won't give them any more money.

One we were never rude to the waitress!! Did we make small talk with her, no my husband we talking to each other at our dinner, And as far as being rude to both waitresses?? We only had one! So, as you will continue to read my post the owner lies to cover himself, instead of trying to take a step back and resolve this by asking us customers if their is anything he could do to improve his business! At no point were that neither of us we rude as I have served myself and take pride in this service!!! Plus, she didn't come to our table, we had to go to the bar and ask for a fork, ask the check. Yet, the owner will go with their server, but they should go with the customer!!!
I went to the bar to get my bill and stated we have waited on my bill for 20 mins not 35, and the owner said are you sure? I don't even know what time it is. Me:i got here at 7:30 and it is 9:00. Owner: I don't even know what time it is? Me: I said 9pm. And waiting on my bill for 20 mins it was more like 10, (not the point) The waitress brought us a box for the pizza and asked if we needed anything else. I said the bill, I was frustrated at this point because she didn't bring it and thought it was more important to go to the bar and have a conversation with the owner and a friend. (This is the point) As an owner I would have taken charge to make sure this was taken care of ASAP so a review wouldn't go up! Yet, you (owner) were to busy talking with friends and drinking instead of taking care of the few customers you had in your business.
As for the water, I think when a customer orders just a water, and only a water, the first glass should be brought by the waitress with ice and in a glass not plastic. I never said anything to your staff, yet I honestly don't care, because we won't return to support your business! And I wasn't mad, I'm not lazy I can get my own water)
Next, by your comment you made on my post, you made it really clear that the min. we walked out of your bar you were talking rude about us, Tell me why I would want to give you any money or allow another person to feel the way you made us feel? Then commenting on my post stating I'm wrong! Instead of taking a step back and trying to make YOUR BUSINESS BETTER! Shame on YOU!
Plus how rude to try to FIGHT with a CUSTOMER on Google Review!!?! As a small business owner and saying reviews hurt your business I would have suggested for them to return to make everything right!!! Or when the customer introduces themselves, like my husband did that night, don't say yeah I know, like a SMART ASS!! Let me give you some advice, Business Men come over, shake the hand and say nice of you to come in!
As everyone can see for yourself by the owner's comments DONT GO SUPPORT HIM!!
Good luck making people come to you to get service as that is his future plan..

***Read other bad reviews! If you give them a bad one he will turn it around on the customer, unlike most small business that would do anything even if they knew they were wrong!!***

Absolutely horrible service at 6pm on 4-22-24. One bar tender. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered. She then took 15 min to put our appetizer order in so waited 30 min for that. After over an hour people that came in well after we did were finishing their meal and she still had not taken our food order. A larger table that came in well after us got their order and she continued to walk past us when there were only two tables including us. Eventually she remembered us and told us she forgot to take our order (but got everyone else). Told her we wanted to pay the bill and eat elsewhere. She did not offer to comp anything at all. Was $39 for two drinks and tater tots. Crazy high prices and horrible service. Don't come here!

Very low key but amazing spot! Delicious fruit beer - strawberry and blueberry are a must if you love craft light beer - you can truly taste real fruit.
Overall amazing experience and hidden gem for sure. They also have distillery if you're into harder partying

absolute terrible service. if there is no one one premise maybe worth a stop in but if anyone there don't expect any kind of service.

Very cool place with lots of unique brew selections. I had the Blueberry Pilsner & it was absolutely delightful with just the right amount of fruity flavor. The table shared some great loaded pulled pork tots. My partner had a Vodka cran & strawberry daiquiri which I sampled and also enjoyed. Highly recommend this local spot with all house made brews & spirits!

The service here was great and we were a large party of about 10 so I know we were a lot. The pretzel sticks with cheese were also really good. I highly recommend those to go with your drink as a little snack. They also have their own vodka brand which we really liked so one of us bought a bottle for home.

This place is one of the best breweries in indiana. We have been to so many locations but Nailers has a drink for everyone!

When the first started it was beer only, they now are a distillery with awesome drinks! Beer wise my go to is the IPA's and also the blueberry beer. I have brought so many friends who are non beer fans and they do a tasting and fall in love. The staff here is fantastic. Distillery wise, everything is great! I am so glad to be part of their ambassador program, I always try to get my friends to come sit down for a drink and some food.

Now food.. the best time of the month is Prime Rib Days! Their prime rib is a heaping slice, awesome horseradish sauce (I also get the horseradish raw), a amazing baked potato and a salad. I can barley eat half, and save it for the next day. The seasonings they put on it make it so juicy and tender and full of flavor! We are always fans of it!

Nailers continues to be one of our favorites year after year! We have become great friends with the owners Steve & Therese, just the most amazing people! Every Wednesday they offer homemade pizza that is second to none!!! Seriously the best pizza both my husband and I have ever had in our lives. We keep trying to convince them that they should have it for delivery! Definitely put this on your list to check out if you're on the southside of Indy!
