Nails & Co

I have been going here close to a year. Started off pedicure only. Then started getting dip polish manicure. Colin and Elizabeth have done my nails and they r both outstanding. Professional, funny, kind and honest. Both super talented. I get compliments on my nails all the time! I will absolutely go back!

Terrifying experience. The girl doing my nails had no idea what she was doing. I don't think she was properly trained at all. She butchered and destroyed my natural nails by gouging at them with a scraper and buffing the living daylights out of them with the wrong buffing tool.

I started fainting twice! From both the pain and the gore. I've been in extreme pain since, had to ice my nails almost all day long for several days.

Had to go to the doctor and they were concerned about an infection, gave me antibiotics and I follow up with a dermatologist next week.

Hopefully there's no permanent damage, but I won't know till I see the dermatologist/see if or how my nails grow back.

This place is not safe. Go somewhere else

New Owner! I would highly recommend Henry and his staff. I have been going to him for years. He is the new owner and I followed him to this nail salon. Excellent service and long lasting gel polish.

First off, I have used this location the past. That experience was ok.

This one, not so much. We paid for the middle priced pedis. They didn't clean the skin sound the toes, cut the nails and the polish came off in two days. For $80! They don't tell you that gel is extra and they also don't tell you to pick a regular polish. They hand you the gel samples like it's included in the price of the pedicure. Get to the register and you have to pay EXTRA for them to take off the OLD gel polish!! That is RIDICULOUS! They didn't even mention it when we asked for pricing.

The polish was don't so poorly. Didn't even cover the whole nail.

Never again. This place treats you like a number and not like your a person.

I've been going to Henry for a French gel manicure for about 12 years and he does a perfect job every time! Nails & Co is a very nice, clean salon! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful, talented staff. They are all so friendly. Did a great job! Give this spa a try!

Even if you have a appointment like I did they make you wait! But they took two others without a appointment ahead of me. When I went the desk to complain I was ignored so I left. I wrote this place sucks on their sign in board on my way out!!!

I always go here for my PEDICURE and I'm always very happy with it.

I asked for a very basic style after pre calling in for a fill and color with "design " . I was told out of 6 people working NOT ONE CAN DO THIS !? What a joke of an establishment that you call yourself a nail salon .... Not one person can paint this is baffling ... I brought my niece and asked for the" princess treatment "and never shown any options for her they sat her in a chair and only painted her nails ... which sucks because they have such a cute setup in the back for kids .... So disappointed and will never return . I left to go to sassy nails in parma where I received great treatment and customer service .

I had an appointment for 5 pm. I got there at 4:55 pm. No one greeted me so I sat there for almost 10+ minutes before anyone said anything. The employees greeted people after me however. I was getting ready to leave but then I was greeted. They started by soaking off my previous nails which alone took an hour because it was tough. While soaking my nails off, I got a pedicure which was great. It would've been nicer to see the TVs over the lights bc I didn't have access to doing anything except sitting there. My gel manicure was nice but didn't last as long as I thought it would.
