My friend recommended this spot and it didn't disappoint! Nickky did an amazing job! I showed her an inspo pic and was very pleased with the selection of dried flowers. They also had a bunch of other design embellishments. Will definitely return.

I do not like spending hours in the salon, unless I have an awesome nail tech as I did like LENA!!!!! I love to interact with my nail tech and build rapport so that we have that personal and professional relationship and I get the BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I came here right after my engagement to get my nails done. I do my own nails at home and this was the first time I had ever gotten them professionally done. It was a really last minute appointment that one of my best friends made for me. I will say, 10/10 for the service and hospitality. I'm not sure what everyone's names were but the two ladies who helped my friends were very kind. I was a little jealous of them when I saw how much conversation they were having. While my nail tech was nice, she didn't speak with me at all throughout the appointment. I asked for medium length almonds with a natural smile line french. She added fake tips and used dip powder. Maybe it was my fault that I didn't pay attention as I was on my phone but I'm now realizing how uneven and poorly done these were. Keep in mind, these are 3.5 days old. I got these done Saturday evening around 5pm, it is now Tuesday night. The shape isn't even an almond but a rounded oval. They didn't look too weird right after I got them done but now that they've grown, you can now see how wonky the shape is. She flooded my cuticles on multiple nails and didn't even use the correct sizes for the tips as there are some fingers where you can see my natural nail on the side. My cuticles look messy and dirty and the shape of the nails themselves are just not cute. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high but now I regret the fact that my friend paid a lot of money for me to get them done. Overall, pretty disappointed and most likely will just stick to doing my own nails

This was my second time at nails lounge. I had a very good experience the first time so was looking forward to my visit. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and was able to walk in without an appointment. I opted for SNS with extensions since my nails were already cut super short. I liked how my nails came out on the first day but on third day i started noticing all of my nails lifting? I've never had this happen before from getting SNS done and it's quiet annoying to look at :( disappointing to see this happening just less than week from the visit.

I was in limbo and trying to find a new nail salon. From my fist visit in December 2021, Natalie has been absolutely wonderful and is my absolute favorite! Her shop and staff are really nice and it provides a peaceful environment--which is much needed for those pampering themselves. It even extends to the customers where everyone is joyous based on the culture. Please note that I drive 30 mins and pass several salons to get this service and it makes my day every time! Went to nails lounge because of their good reviews and online booking service. Natalie seemed to have tons of great reviews with pictures so I booked with her. It was my first time getting acrylics, I got them done with dip powder. Natalie was fast and intricate and made my nails look amazing, even better than my inspiration pics! Took about an hour and 15 min which was expected. I would rate her work 100/10!!
Now the reason for the 4 stars..... I went back 3 weeks later, had an appointment and it said takeoff would be 15 minutes yet it took 45 minutes total about 35 of just soaking my nails (google says 10-20) all techs were busy doing peoples nails so maybe they were over booked idk... but after all that they didn't even get all the polish off..... all that to say amazing nails but expect take off to take forever even if you make an appointment and after make sure to look at your nails before you leave to make sure polish is off.

As my go-to manicurist was out of town on vacation and I was in desperate need for a mani and pedi. I used the handy Yelp Appointment Request feature for a same day appointment (more like, within the next few hours!) and received a response within 10 minutes. At first, they weren't able to schedule me during my requested time period, so I began looking at other salons. They reached back out within 15 minutes to let me know that they were able to schedule me as the original appointment rescheduled!

I went in for an SNS (dipping powder) manicure and spa pedicure. They had a wide variety of colors for dipping as well as gel and regular polish. My spa pedicure came with a paraffin wax on my heels as well as a nice massage. I had the dual treatment (hands and feet) during my experience, which was appreciated even though I wasn't on a time crunch. Nancy did my manicure and she was meticulous throughout the whole experience, and was very friendly! Unfortunately, my manicure only lasted 2 weeks before my nails started chipping (it's typically ~3-4 weeks with SNS at my usual salon).

The salon itself is clean and well-kept. They also offer beverages (water, Coke, Diet Coke) which is always a plus. It's located in Fairfax right by Fairfax Circle, in the small shopping plaza next to Bowl America.

Love this nail salon. I'm new to the area. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Tina did a great job on my nails. Definitely will be going back.

Lena really cares and ensures you are completely happy. She's very consistent and I really appreciate that no matter how busy she is, she never rushes.

Went in to see Natalie (once again) and of course I left extremely happy and satisfied! Scheduling is super easy, staff is always friendly, and they're all extremely talented! 11/10 recommend!
