Nails Only

Came in today to get a gel pedicure with a design on each big toe. Honestly this is my most consistent nail salon. I prefer the owners wife whom I adore...aka booth #1. Most days I call ahead and schedule an appointment because it can get pretty busy.

However today I came soon as I got off as a walk in. It would open the flood gates of heaven ans rain non-stop soon after I arrived here today too so I guess that worked in my favor. I was seated upon arrival no wait and assisted immediately. Nice older gentleman not elderly did my pedicure. He did an awesome job. I did have to ask him not to use the electric drill on my toenails as I've had a bad experience before and he did oblige by roughing up the clear coat top and using the cotton balls with aluminum foil I just had to ask. No issues. He was very thorough and again since I prefer booth one he did my nails all but my two big toes as I'd informed him in the beginning I'd like her to do my toenail design as she did my nails about a week prior and I wanted them to match.

Enjoyed the massage chairs and my pedicure. I didn't feel rushed and I appreciated the gentleman obliging my desires to not use the electronic drill on my feet. I walked out with baby soft feet.

Not sure why the rating is so low but I encourage anyone to check them out. Or at least give them a other chance. Errors made before can always most times be corrected when approached with the right attitude.

On weekends call ahead set a quick appointment so you're not waiting all day. Today I was a walk in and I timed it just right but know you can't always perfect that. Lovely establishment. It's clean and the staff is super friendly.

Regulare pedicure with gel polish and 2 designs today was $45 but I always tip for awesome service too.

The person that did my pedicure was. Ery nice and professional. She did a great job, my only issue is that, the place is very expensive. I paid 70$ for a milk bath & French manicur pedicure. I'll stick with the basic next time..

Got a gel manicure two days ago. Two. Almost every single one of my nails has started to chip. If you can see from my pic, my pointer finger gel is half way peeled off. I work in an office doing no manual labor AT ALL with my hands day to day. I'm so disappointed. I should've seen this coming based off of that fact that I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
If you get acrylics maybe this shop is suitable for you- I can't speak on that. But if you're coming just for gel on your natural nails like me, go find somewhere else. I work too hard to be throwing away $30 (w tip) for subpar service that I'm gonna just end up getting fixed somewhere else a couple days later.

Gave an extra star for the fact that I was able to come after work and be immediately sat down.

Very disappointed in the service for manicures. They used an electric file to cut my cuticles and did a very poor job. My nails looks unclean and not filed correctly, and there are still cuticles remaining. Would not recommend.

This shop never disappoints on the quality of work performed. The prices are reasonable & it's good quality work. I came tonight for mani/pedi and it took 3 hours to do both. I would assume that was due to it being Mother's Day weekend because it never usually takes quite that long. Shocked at the rating being so low because the work doesn't support it.

I should have read the reviews. The guy was terrible. My nails are uneven shape. They don't know how to do any designs. They leave your nail beds sloppy. He was too interested in soccer to pay attention. Go anywhere else.

I am no longer going to get services at this salon.
When I first moved to this area I started trying them out because it was close to my home and convenient but they used cheaper polish and didn't take the care that I am used to. My polish would chip after two-three days, my manicures were inconsistent, and there were only a few technicians that were kind to you. I started going to a new salon for my nails.

Today, I was at the gym near this salon so I decided to go in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I walked in and a man looked at me and asked what I wanted. I pointed to my eyebrows and before I could speak he started yelling to the back of the salon and told me to walk back. I walk back and the only words the eyebrow technician said to me were, ok, here, $8, you want a copy? There was no customer service or care. My eyebrows are NOT cleaned up. I was there for no more then 5 minutes total and I am now planning to go out to get my eyebrows "cleaned up" elsewhere. I will no longer go to this salon. If you are looking for great services and care, go some where else.

If I could give this place less than one I would. For starters for a full set the prices indicate 25 and up, at better nail bars I've paid $45-$50 for jewels and or pink and white nails. I got plain shellac gel polish and they made me bleed because the tech filed down too low while she was engaging with her peers!!!! By the time the service was complete my finger was still bleeding and they still charged me $45. Against my better judgment I paid And tipped nicely not wanting to look like the cheap trying to get something for free black girl. That said they can never have my business again!!!

They did a good job with my feet! I only wish they got more of the crud off my heel, but real talk you can't go in there with hooves and expect a miracle! (I'm in the Navy....#thembootstho)
My polish us always good when I go there. I like them. Also I always meet someone nice there.
