I've taken the access bars class, Chios level 1 class, and received an ancestral trauma healing session from Ariana. I've always been skeptical of healers and what they offer but Ariana is the real deal. She is truly compassionate and has a way of easing people into a level of comfort that allows deep healing to begin. You will leave with clarity and relief, and it's one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself. I will recommend her classes and healing sessions to anyone and everyone in my life who want to experience a more joyful, abundant life. Chios 1 taught me all about how our bodies and energy systems hold on to our traumas, but through energy healing we have the power to let go and are able to receive love and advance in ways that we were previously blocked from. The access bars class is actually my favorite form of energy healing so far because it is so practical yet powerful. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression since childhood, I can say that this is one if the most powerful tools that I get to carry with me and share with those I love throughout my life. My ancestral healing session with Ariana encompassed both access bars and Chios techniques and it was the biggest release that I've experienced, from issues that I didn't even realize I was still holding onto. I'm forever grateful to Ariana and amazed by what she's doing In the community.

Ariana is fantastic, I originally went to Ariana for a reiki healing session because I had a lot of stagnant energy that was just a drain on my overall wellbeing. After one session with Ariana, I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my heart and I felt so much lighter, I was amazed at the difference after one visit. Since I had such great results with my Reiki session, I decided to go back and do the ancestral trauma healing. All I can say is "Amazing", it was beyond anything I could have hoped for, it's like releasing a heavy weight that has been tied around your ankle your entire life. If you ever felt like there was something holding you back in life, keeping you from being all that you were meant to be, but you don't quite know what it is, but you know that it's there weighing you down keeping you from your life purpose. Imagine being able to release it completely, that is what Ariana's ancestral trauma healing session did for me. I'm always skeptical of everything, so to be honest I was a bit skeptical going into the session because I thought how in the world can this work, because I have been carrying this weight for as long as I could remember. But it did, I felt a lightness that I have never felt before and I feel like a world of new possibilities have opened up to me.

So, I went into the access bars feeling completely skeptical, of course, but I had reached my wits end for trying to get rid of invasive and uncontrollable thoughts that had been causing much anxiety and strain on my marriage. Believe me when I say this was probably one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I recommend this to anyone and everyone. I even tried to bring up these thoughts purposely afterwards and they came and went almost instantly without any effort. Thank you so much. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I wouls give it the maximum rating every single time.

Ariana at Namaste Healing Arts is in the business of life change! I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first, but she definitely sets an atmosphere of positivity and peace, so those feelings quickly subsided. Nothing scary, nothing frightening, only a safe environment to spark growth. My first session was Access Bars. Being a person that has had a heavy struggle with anxiety and depression, and had been taking supplements and medications for it for quite a while, this was something I definitely needed. During our session, she explained everything and was able to customize my session exactly for my needs. After this session, I felt a complete shift! I felt so light, joy-filled, and energetic! Even to the point to I was able to wean off my medication & supplements starting that very day! The next session was CHIOS, and that was equally as impactful. Not only do I feel aligned & free from my mental bounds, I am able to be my best self and journey on the path of self discovery so that I am able to fulfill God's purpose for my life. I highly recommend!!

I have had a lot of issues with anxiety, worrying and fear. With Arianas skills and God given gifts I was able to push through a lot of trauma. If you're feeling lost or stuck in a rut.
