The gift of transformation, from helplessness to hopefulness, is one that cannot be valued enough. After an empathy-focused dialogue to get to the root of my stress and anxiety, Alesia led me through an Emotional Freedom Technique tapping practice that took about 20 minutes. Within that time, I felt weight melt off my shoulders, breaths come easier, and a sense of ease replace dread. I even laughed a couple of times! After the tapping she then provided energetic Reiki healing work that helped ingratiate the cognitive shifts throughout my being.

Alesia's guidance to help me realize things for myself, along with the sense of unconditional compassion, is unmatched in all of the healers I have worked with over the past two decades. The worries of the past couple of years, and for the loved ones around me, were gone, replaced by a sense of calm and capacity. I tell people it's as if I had years of therapy in one session. The wonderful part about Alesia's knowledge is that she uses it appropriately and gives of it easily. I left feeling empowered to apply tapping in a way that works for me when I start to feel stress around life.

I realize this may sound extreme, but it is true...completely true in the profound simplicity of the process and the experience. It is an hour drive for me each direction, but definitely worth it, and I will be back. I have not written a public recommendation in 10 years, but I felt I had to for Alesia and Namaste Healing Arts.
