Nancy Tut's Christmas Shop

We love Christmas so we pulled up to go in. I noticed it was 3:55 and I checked their hours on Apple Maps and it said that they close at 4pm. I called the store to check because sometimes maps is wrong. She said they did close at 4 but that they stay open on 5 every other day. I told her it was our last day in town since we were vacationing. And she was so kind and told us to go ahead and come on in. I loved the store!

We have been going here for years --and really love it. You should definitely check it out!

Recently, the store changed owners as Mr. and Mrs. Potts retired; however, the new owner maintained the magic of this store. We went in October of 2021, and the young ladies that were running the store were super friendly, offered to personalize ornaments, and were as helpful as they could be. This is an awesome small business --and you should definitely go, enjoy looking around, and supporting a small business.

They have a TON of Christmas decorations. Looking for a gift for a teacher? They have ornaments peculiar to teachers. Looking for a gift for a nurse or a doctor? They have ornaments peculiar to medical personnel. A lot of the decorations leave room to personalize them too.

My daughter LOVES coming here and is in wonder looking at the decorations and all of the lights. The store is really cute, there is street parking out front, and is in the beautiful town of Dillsboro. It is next door to the Jarrett House (currently undergoing renovation), close to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad (GSMR) train station, with a lot of other stores, restaurants, and a chocolate store.

We have shopped here for over 10 years on trips when we visit NC. I have a tree - a crowded one - with about 50 ornaments from this store. Lisa, the owner, is always friendly and helpful. The shop is family owned and operated and the service reflects their customer first approach.
Whatever theme or idea you have, they have something for you and your tree. We have bought candy-, food- and profession-related gifts for family and friends. Lisa has it all.
I just retired and there were several retirement ornaments to choose from. On our last visit in October 2018, we bought new 7 items for our tree this December.
If near Dillsboro, this is a must visit place.

Oh wow this is an awesome shop! We are always on the hunt for quality unique ornaments but most stores are usually very junky or small. This shop however has an incredibly large selection of really nice ornaments and something for everyone. We've been looking up and down for something unique to the Smoky Mountains and found the perfect ornament the second we walked into the store! Also, the ladies running the store where very kind and helpful. Stopping in will definitely become tradition for when we come up here for now on.

The best store to find a Christmas ornament in the area! Matter of fact the best store in the area! A most stop shop when traveling through. You can find any type of ornament that you have been looking for. Walked away with 3 new ornaments and will be going back once I am in the area again!

If you want any type of hanging Christmas ornament from a local owned store-then come here! They had a better selection than nearly all of the more famous Christmas shops (and the Smokey mountain region has quite a few), will personalize ornaments like in Disney, and very courteous owner/staff. If you are in the Gatlinburg-Asheville-Smokey Mountains Park area head over here for great Christmas ornaments!

Holy crap this is easily the biggest Christmas shop I've ever seen, it has quite literally everything you've ever seen anywhere else, and the lady working was really friendly.

Wow! The best and most unique assortment of ornaments I've ever seen. No matter what the occasion from first christmas to your outdoor sports enthusiast, they have the ornament. They will also put names and dates on the ornaments. They have beautiful nativity sets as well. Extremely friendly and great customer service.

If youre looking for unique ornaments then this is the place to do it. So much fun !! The ladies that work here are great.
