I stumbled on this place while I was supporting another local business. It was close to closing time and chatted up the owner who had a compelling story about their business. I ended up sampling some of their tamales and WOW! These were some of the best tamales I've had. There are so many great food establishments in this food court but I was a bit disappointed to see the lack of patronage from customers. I would highly encourage people to visit this and other delicious businesses within this mall.

Dropped by this afternoon to grab a bite to eat from one of the other vendors but they didn't open till 2pm which felt so late! But that gave me the opportunity to try this spot out.
I immediately went for the breakfast sausage burrito. I love a good breakfast burrito! The lady who took my order was super sweet as well. The sign said closed when I walked over but they were standing there so I asked anyway and she said they were open and changed the sign immediately.
I got my burrito with a side of tater tots since I haven't had those in a hot minute and I asked about the salsa which I wanted on the side and she happily mentioned that they have two kinds on the side which was great!
Food was ready in 10 minutes like she said and I was waiting over by the exit where they had some bar type seating. One of the cooks walked over and handed me my order, so nice!
Took it home to enjoy and boy was it great! I wasn't starving so I ended up only eating half then. It was great that they sliced it in half which I LOVE. That way it's prepared and ready to eat and you're not stuck with the end piece full of just tortilla. Sure I could do it myself which I usually do but it's convenient that they already do it for you. The salsas were delicious! Not spicy at all but very flavorful. The burrito felt a bit lacking as far as flavor goes but it was still good. It definitely needed the salsa imo. Great spot and can't wait to try their other food! The food here is delicious and the owner, Elodia, is seriously one of the nicest people ever!! We've gone here several times for their amazing breakfast burritos and their strawberry tamales. Everything is made fresh and they are so friendly and accommodating for special requests or custom orders as well. Love all the vegetarian friendly options. This is located on the bottom of a tall building along with several other restaurants, and while all the food in the building has been good so far, this is definitely one of our favorites!

I met Elo and her crew this past Sunday at an event called Feria de los Moles at the Grand Park as I live a couple blocks away. They had all sorts of tamales and she explained to me what mole was as I never tried it before and how it was an authentic sauce/dish popular in Mexico. After trying all the food, I said how will I ever see or taste this BOMB food again. She than told me that she just opened her restauraunt in the San Fernando Valley and I said excellent I'll be there first thing in the morning.
Here I am, as promised, the very next day for lunch. Since I tried their tamales, Elo welcomed me again and advised me to try something different as I tried the tamales already and they were BOMB.COM.
1. Vegan mole
*They put Sliced Avocadoes, Queso fresco, and sliced onions.
*2nd time trying mole, has a slight sweet taste almost as if a hint of chocolate was in it.
2. Sausage Burrito
*Self-explanatory, very delish.
*Comes with side of tator tots, salsa verde, and a side of red hot sauce
3. ICED COFFEE was super good too. Not too sweet, I asked for half soy milk + half whole milk and the coffee beans were roasted perfectly.
-My experience here was so good, I will drive 35M from DTLA again just to try from their menu. COME DINE HERE, you will leave full and happy just like me.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Chris N.North Hollywood, CA28516Oct 6, 2023
The best vegan tamales I've ever had! Family owned, greeted with a smile and treated like part of the family. They frequent a few farmers market but they have this new location that's on the bottom floor of a high end apartment complex with a few other food options.
Check out the tamales and have a latte to go, you'll love it!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Greg K.Valley Village, Los Angeles, CA1143915Oct 2, 2023
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! My family and I love your Tamales and Nantli definitely had the best one we've tried. Authentic, fresh, and the quality is always up to par. Our go to is the Pollo en salsa verde! Kids love the Dulce-Fresa as well.
The owners are always welcoming and so sweet. We love the vibes and ambiance of the place. Do yourself a favor and try it today!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
