I love this jewelry shop. Mr Naranjo is so punctual with his repairs of jewelry, I've had to have my grandmothers cross necklace repaired twice and he fixes it with no problem! I also love the jewelry in the store. Everytime I've been there I've been in a rush but will getting something there in the near future. Love thin place and so nice to find a mom and pop jewelry shop in this area

About a month ago, I realized the diamond fell out of my wedding band :( I have no idea when/where this happened! I searched for it, and to terms with the fact that it was gone. I recently moved to the area, and searched for a local, small jeweler and discovered Naranjo Jewelers. I am so happy that I found them! Luis is a master of goldsmithing in my opinion, and he's even won an award for his talent. I brought my diamondless band in and he helped me pick out a new diamond. In less than two hours he called to tell me it was ready! I went to pick it up, and the band he handed me looked like a completely new piece of jewelry, and was more dazzling than the day we bought the set new! He even redipped the gold for me, and did it all for a great price. I will definitely go back, again and again. I highly recommend.

This jeweler is okay with prices for repairs as they are reasonable, but he doesn't take the time to polish as I noticed the color of the gold is off after his soldering job. However, I gave this jeweler the benefit of doubt and came back but there was no change in the quality of work/service. In addition to this, a major problem I had was with putting together a pair of earrings. After drawing a picture of how I wanted the earrings and spending a good amount of time explaining what I wanted and the jeweler said he would do it the way I wanted, he decided to put together the earrings the way he wanted to do it. The final result was not what we had agreed on. I was extremely disappointed when I came back to pick them up and he and his daughter said he put them together that way because he thought it looked better. Really? I'm not paying you for your taste in jewelry. I'm paying you to put the earrings together based on MY taste, not yours or anyone else's. After asking why he didn't do it the way that I wanted and the way it was drawn out in the picture, his response gave me the impression, after he made the comment in a frustrating manner, that he didn't want to have to remove the stones from the setting. Mind you, these stones were already in a setting that were bezel-looking settings that had push down prong underneath (not a big deal since the gold was relatively thick). My complaint and why I will not deal with this jeweler again is that when you agree to do a custom or semi-custom design that the customer wants who has taken the time to make sure the jeweler understands (i.e., drawings, pictures, etc.), then do it that way and not the way you want to do it. Don't take short cuts and just worry about getting the money from the customer.

Wonderful family owned business with beautiful jewelry at a fair price and excellent customer care. Really like these people and have been very happy with their work. Whether it's a new watch band or a custom made necklace for my wife, they make you feel special, treated with kindness, respect and honesty. I wish more businesses made me feel this good. Can't go wrong with Naranjo!

Naranjo Jewelers is amazing. I have gone to many jewelers in the past and Naranjo Jewelers is by far the best! It is a family business and they are all so nice and caring. I had several pieces of jewelry repaired and the price was very good. I also had some old estate earrings which they suggested be made into simple studs. Wow... they turned out beautiful! I highly recommend Naranjo Jewelers!
Side Note: Mr. Naranjo was written up in the newspaper after winning 'best design'. He is excellent!

Same day service! Called and asked about getting my rings sized. They said they could do it the same day while I waited. They polished, cleaned and sized my rings in minutes and they are beautiful. I am very pleased with their service and customer relations. Well done and thank you for helping me.

Absolutely the best jewelry place in the area. I came and expected price to be very high. No that was not the case. Great prices and wonderful customer service. I would be back here again

Best and honest place around the area hands down!!! Juana and Luis are amazing! Took my ring there to get a quote on some repairs. Not only did he repair it he made it even better. He gave great suggestions on how to make the ring look better and I couldn't have been more pleased. They gave a fair price for all the work that was done. I will definitely be going back if I need more repairs. Thank you!!!

I came here over the weekend after reading the reviews here. I am so glad I did! I love family-owned businesses and they were great to work with. I lost a rectangular center stone for a favorite ring and needed the ring setting changed to accommodate a square aquamarine instead of a rectangle. I gave them the stone I already had to replace it and they did it, while I waited, and only charged me $25. They also cleaned the stones, and it looked better than I'd ever seen it! More importantly, they were great with my 4-year-old autistic son. They had toys for him to play with and were much more 'grandparently' than "get your kid in check!" When I casually asked about sapphire rings, the gentleman showed me a variety of price points and styles instead of heading for the most expensive piece first. I will definitely be going back!
