Nash's Fitness

Nash was awesome. Explained how the issued occurred, recommended how to service the equipment and gave an explanation on the longevity of the treadmill. Will definitely call him first for future exercise equipment repairs or service. The amount of the service call was fair and affordable good value for the service done.

This is my second time using Nash Fitness. I needed my treadmill fixed and the owner, Nash personally came to repair my treadmill. He did an excellent job and was fast and clean. I would absolutely use their service again!!!

It was an all around great experience. I had a good idea of what I wanted and he was able to get it ordered right away. 2 1/2 weeks later, it was delivered and they put it together for me and it works great.

Nash and his team have always provided consistent and honest service. They do a great job for a fair price. He even came out himself to my home for no additional charge, after I was had questions about a technicians assessment of the problem and to insure everything was done right. I'd definitely call them back for any fitness equipment needs.

Had put off having Nash come out to look at my treadmill and finally did it today. Showed up on time and diagnosed my problem within 10 minutes. Efficient and easy to work with.
Will work with Nash in the future to assure all my equipment stays in working order.

Nash's Fitness came to help get my new Horizon treadmill belt aligned and properly tightened. They were able to work under the warranty from Horizon and gave excellent service. I'll be using them for annual maintenance on my treadmill to keep it working properly. I definitely recommend this company for service of fitness equipment. Thank you!

Nash showed up promptly and on time and not only went the extra mile to diagnose the problem, he was able to get me the part that I needed under warranty which would have cost me more than $1000 out of pocket. Terrific work; excellent service. We purchased a recumbent bike online (and now wish think we had purchased it through Nash). It was too heavy for us to move upstairs and too difficult for us to assemble. Nash and his team to the rescue. Not only did they promptly and efficiently move and assemble it, they also fixed a damaged part that otherwise would have taken us weeks to get fixed or replaced via the manufacturer. And they did that in a day. We're purchasing a maintenance contract with them because they clearly know what they're doing and do it well.

Bought myself a brand new treadmill for Christmas. Once my son installed it for me, I learned that it was not working properly. Kept starting and stopping, sticking. I knew I would never use it in that condition, but the thought of trying to load it up and return it was not a possibility for me. Nash, himself, came out and found that the treadmill was defective from the manufacturer. The motor was not mounted to the machine. He went out to several places to look for the correct bolts and materials needed to make an unusual repair. He did not need to take these extra steps and could have just told me to return it. But he didn't! He spent way more time than anticipated, to find the parts and repair my machine. It works great now and because he provided me with a receipt and explanation of the repair, I was able to get a refund for the repair costs from the company I bought it from. I highly recommend Nash Fitness for all of your fitness equipment needs!!!
