I have been meaning to leave this review for awhile. I can not keep quiet about my amazing laser hair removal results! I got a great deal on all the packages I bought. Full Brazilian, full legs and underarms. It feels amazing not having to shave or wax. The procedure is pretty painless and so fast. I'm in and out. The product line they use is great too! My sister is a surgeon so I usually have her prescribe me retinol (spoiled, I know) but I decided to try the vitamin A they have from Su Skin. It's amazing! Next month I go in for permanent eyeliner and I can't wait. The girls at the front are nice and always answer what questions I have. If you're thinking about laser hair removal definitely try Natalie's!

The staff is nice, however when taken into exam room you are drilled with other treatments that are highly recommended and encouraged to purchase. When declining to make any more purchases another girl comes into the room and again reviews treatments you should be getting. Upsale, Upsale, is how I felt. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling any treatments at this place. Will not be back, I felt everything was money, money, and not enough on my face.......

I fly all the way from Hawaii for the extra attention and pricing!! They took years off my sun damaged skin!!

I have been to Natalie's Skin Solutions a few times now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is always very professional and knowledgeable about the services and products available in the office. I have been in for laser hair removal and they have made my experience painless and efficient. I looooove my results! I am a dark hair roots kinda girl and let me tell you. IT'S LIFE CHANGING! My only regret is that I didn't come in sooner!

I went to Natalie skin solutions for a hydrafacial with their aesthetician Jennifer! Jennifer and Natalie both analyzed my skin and discussed with me what service would be best to treat my acne and clogged pores from daily use of makeup! I felt very comfortable and the spa was so modern, clean, and inviting. Jennifer is so friendly and sweet and makes you feel confident even in the most vulnerable of positions!
I also got laser hair removal by Angela and she made me feel very comfortable and she definitely knows what she's doing! She was quick and made it as pain free as possible.
I highly recommend this medspa not only for their well educated and professional staff but also for the environment if you are looking to treat yourself and also have all your skincare needs met!

Prepaid for laser hair removal for my wife and after all treatments were completed all hair was still there. They offered to do more treatments, but at additional cost. I don't think so - you already got me for over $3,000.00 and had her do treatments for over 6 months. A complete rip-off and waste of time better spent elsewhere.

Their skin care and permanent make-up must be getting the positive reviews - my wife didn't use these services and so I have no opinion about these services.

I love going to Natalie's! They have state of the art treatments and your skin will look beautiful! I have many People who I refer especially for the permanent makeup on my eyebrows. They look fantastic all the time. There is no maintenance for me at all!

I had my first session today and I was very happy. Staff was nice took the time to explain everything to me. Made me feel comfortable excited to go back and even more so to see the results of these treatments! I'm new to the area they made me feel comfortable.

Very pretty spa. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their field. The owner, not so much. She and her assistant treat people disrespectfully and she only cares about the almighty dollar. The client is never right if not in agreement with her. There are plenty of reputable spas in the area that treat people with respect.
