I have had an awful experience here. The customer service was terrible from everyone I interacted with. I never leave reviews, but I just had a truly awful experience and would want to spare anyone from wasting their money here. They wouldn't fully honor the Groupon I purchased and then kept trying to sell me more after upcharging me and being extremely rude. I would look for somewhere else to go.

We pride ourselves on having positive customer feedback and interaction so I am unsure where the miscommunication was but we apologize. I would like to state though, that upon looking at your account, Groupon is a third-party company and originally, you did purchase the wrong Groupon for the areas you wanted to be treated. We spoke to you multiple times in regards to your packages and how we could adjust these packages for you. Again, we apologize for any type of miscommunication that has unfolded. Hi I have been going to Natalie's Skin Solutions for a few month's now. I started out going there because I have sun damaged skin. Natalie and her staff have treated me so kindly and have done wonders for my skin. I still have a little ways to go but every time I go I see impressive results. She has introduced me to new skin care products and have taught me the correct way to take care of my skin. Her prices seem very fair. Nothing but good things to say about her and her staff.
