These people are thieves they came to my house didn't even meet with me who I am the owner of the house they met with someone else at my house they promised it would be no charges unless it was covered by the insurance. My insurance did not cover it now they want to charge fees these people are thieves. Don't trust them even if they tell you, there would be no fees even if your insurance does not cover it. my attorney is sending them a letter of intent. We will sue!

Hi Gloria, My name is Joe Hernandez, and I am the owner of National Restoration Experts. We can't find your information in our database and have no outstanding invoices in collection. There are several other companies in the area with similar names to ours. Please call our office to verify and ask for me directly: 954-417-1169. Thank you.

Horrible experience and Worse company ever!!!!! You've been warned!!!! Please avoid at all costs!! 4 months to finish a small project that I was told directly to my face would take 2-3 weeks. WHAT A BIG FAT LIE!!!!!! WE COULD NOT USE OUR KITCHEN FOR 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!! (MAY 11, 2020 - SEPTEMBER 15, 2020) Out of the 4 months, they probably did about 11 days of work. In the end, a tacky-assed rush job was completed by the project manager!! (But the company could've cared less because the insurance company had already paid them!!!!) AGAIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! AVOID THIS TRIFLING ASS COMPANY!!!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ali S.Pompano Beach, FL0101May 30, 2020
National restoration experts was highly recommended to me when I had an emergency leak in my kitchen. They responded immediately with professionals who arrived to discuss how to remediate and contain the damage. I very much appreciated how every worker was pleasant and respectful with masks and gloves at all times as this happened on the onset of the pandemic. Their work was immaculate and every attention to detail was taken. I Highly recommend them!

The worst worst experience ever. I read about companies and bad stories like this, never would I expect it to happen to me! They try to sell you dreams and promises of making your property beautiful again better than it was in no time all he while pushing a paper in front of your face to sign! 5 months later and , running out of ALE , my house is still in gut mode. They lie, lie, lie omg do they lie. You have to stay on top of them with your insurance on a daily basis otherwise they will blame you for the delays. Do not I repeat do not sign anything because they want you to sign real quick by claiming so they can get to work and get you back into your home. They sound like used car salesmen trying too hard and making too many promises and it all sounds too good. The company is horrible especially when your project manager quits in the middle of nothing being accomplished and they lie to you and say he went on vacation. So thankful I kept the outside cameras to confirm the lies. They don't have enough manpower to do the jobs but they keep taking them and cashing the insurance checks. They destroyed my personal things, left trash outside of my house with no intentions of ever removing it, (because it's still there ) they take short cuts to make more money from the insurance, they put a used toilet in the storage container with my 3 week old fridge not to mention dented it, they forgot items outside that were suppose to be in the container, did I mention that they lie, I can go on and on theres just not enough space but I am just thankful that they worked for citizens so citizens can get there money back from them. I've been out my house since April 1st and finally citizens fired them and now I have a new contractor and some peace of mind. I definitely would not hire or recommend this conpany and I hope citizens doesn't recommend this company to work on anyones house ever again.

On June 3, 2019, our household began a journey that I don't think people can anticipate unless they themselves go through the same journey.... we found we had mold in our home. We immediately contacted our insurance company and began the process of getting rid of the mold and renovation of our home. If anyone thinks that this is going to be a 'short term' easy process do not delude yourself-arm yourself with patience and perseverance. Enter National Restoration.
A friend recommended National Restoration. Joe Hernandez was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful and informative. Shortly, Anees, the project manager, arrived at our home. I really thought that this renovation was going to be a HGTV home renovation process. What one needs to remember is that that is television... this was real life. Things take much longer than they do in the snippets during a commercial break. Getting everyone here to work at the same time takes a great deal of orchestration. Anees was very helpful and carried us through the decision making process while being respectful of our financial boundaries. He would return each of my phone calls no matter how often I called, and I called often. Every single one of the workers that walked through our home, mind you most of the time we were not even home, was friendly, conscientious, and did great work.
Each of my decisions had to be 'Joanna Gaines,' Fixer-Upper, inspired! This didn't make the process any easier. This was so important to our entire family- this is our home. Anees and his crew were amenable to our choices and changes. He was insightful and knowledgeable about every step of the renovation.
In the end, our home is everything we had hoped it would be and more. There is nothing that can replace the look of our children as they came home for Thanksgiving and saw the new kitchen and it still felt like 'home.' A tremendous thank you to Anees and everyone at National Restoration.
In gratitude,
The Kalis familyHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cris K.Delray Beach, FL02Aug 16, 2018
Horrible experience with this group. Besides a poor job, they also leave their trash on your property. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

My 88 year old mother had an extensive fire in her home and we hired National Restoration to do the remedial work, storing and cleaning of items and rebuilding of the house. The project manager was Anees Mamlouk. This job required gutting and rebuilding of the kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, office and guest room. The National Restoration people were very professional and reliable. They worked well with our insurance company and advocated on our behalf with the insurance company as to things that needed replacement. Anees was very patient with my mom in selecting new kitchen cabinets, granite, fixtures, floors, etc. Anees was communicative and promptly returned all phone calls, emails and text messages. This project was a long process but it has finally been completed and we are very happy with the results and the work of Anees and the others at National Restoration.

do not make business with them. they make you sign a contract that you can hardly cancel and then they say that they did not get enough money from your insurance to fix your house so they charge you extras. even tif you pay extras they try not to do everything. for a job that is supposed to take 5-6 weeks it will take months. then the job has problems and they do not come to fix the problems, they say it is not their fault so you are ending suing them
